Favor Delivery Reviews

Unfortunately this service gets worse and worse. Everytime I order but the worst part of it, is that they Claim Free delivery but at checkout you get a 12% fee added to your order, not including Tip. So your 15 dollar order just became a $30 order at checkout which by then it's too late. I hope the drivers are getting value from the added fees because they are losing tips for it.

First time using this app as I tried to order through the Whataburger app. I never got my delivery I was sent a number for a delivery person name Ramon I’ve been calling and texting that number and it’s not even reachable this is a scam and I will be calling the police department to place a report for for fraudulent activity

After driving for a week I am only averaging $24 b4 tax and after gas cost on 4.16 hours of work. That is very poor and not worth it. Thier base pay is $2.10 a delivery. Give me a break, pathetic.

This service is a joke. I have several issues with them. They give you a credit that you can’t use, because the drivers never show up.

I mean, if I could give 0 stars I would. I never have such a consistently awful experience than I do with favor. Incapable of following simple directions. We all have smart phones, it’s really not that hard to punch in an address and follow the directions your phone tells you.

This is the worst app for food delivery! Food arrived late and cold with a hair in it ! The driver handed us an OPEN bag from McDonald’s it wasn’t even sealed and said she had a drunk driver almost run into her that’s why she was late and am sure the food spilled all over her car floor she picked it up and put back in bag and served it to us cold and dirty ! The support sms number doesn’t work and there is no number to call! Don’t recommend to anyone!

Two days in a row now I've waited over an hour for food before realizing no one was going to the store to pick it up. I try to contact support and get automated or unhelpful responses. The same driver keeps picking up my order, then dropping it. I asked multiple times to know if they were the only one available so I could just order with another service and got ghosted BY THE SUPPORT TEAM. On top of that, it takes support at least 45 minutes to respond in the fist place. This is literally the biggest joke I've ever seen. Don't waste your time or your money.

I ordered lunch today and I recieved a text from the runner asking me to tip well cause he needs gas. So it took a long time to receive my food and i left a $2 tip after the runner left. Not even a minute later i got a text from the runner saying “$2 really” and showed back up to my house ringing my doorbell and knocking very angry. I answered through my camera and he yelled at me saying he will come back later if he needs to. Very upset over the tip. This is not acceptable. I don’t have to tip him enough for gas thats not my responsibility, have gas to work favor that simple. I ended up calling the police on him and i let favor know and they didn’t really care what happened. I will NEVER use favor again. I shouldn’t have to deal with someone like that.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. They don't want to acknowledge that their app is not functioning correctly. I ordered my food and added all the details as to how my burger was supposed to be dressed with the fixings. I ended up with burgers that were dry and equivalent to a McDonald's happy meal or less. $55 for this. They slap a service fee on top of the delivery fee, really!!!! Don't use Favor. Resolution for the customer doesn't exist. Just better to order in person and cut out the third party. Old school is always better.

Literally worst delivery I've ever received.

I ordered 170.49 favor delivery. They added 65.00$ over. Will never use them again! Have receipt! I was livid!

We ordered a large meal for my family, took forever but finally got a notification that it was delivered(contact free) checked my front door and nothing, no picture like other delivery services, was unable to text the driver about the order after it was delivered like with other delivery services and they don’t have a customer service phone number it’s all through messages. So I’m out over 70 bucks we are all hungry and after waiting an hour we finally just ordered through Grubhub and got food delivered through them and were eating before favor returned my messages. Finally messaged with someone and got the order reversed, they offered me a 10% off my next order but I just deleted the app. Terrible company and ever worse customer service.

If there is an issue, who do you contact? The delivery person....WTH. If they do not deliver your order, then what? This company is bull$**t. Do not use! I will not use this overpriced service again.

My order was picked up a hour late and when I caklled the driver he was like I can just keep it if it's too late. Like REALLY!!! His name is Javier out of Longview Texas. I wouldn't allow my dog to order through Favor.

Favor has cut me off. Basically, because I was unprofitable. 50% or orders were delivered without the correct items. As we asked for refunds for missing items, they complied and sent out coupons for the next order, leading to me being an unprofitable customer for the company. The worst part about it, is they took 3 weeks to tell me I was cut off after reaching out to customer service. We moved to Uber Eats two months ago and haven't had one issue. Too bad they didn't cut me off earlier.

First of all, when my food was delivered, the packaging reeked of cigarette smoke and, I think, weed. I am allergic to smoke and it is unsanitary. Second of all, contacting customer service at Favor is impossible. The only "help" they offer is contact with the driver, which is useless. I will NOT be using Favor again.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! DID NOT RECEIVE OUR EMPLOYEE LUNCHES AND THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO WAY TO SPEAK TO ANYONE VIA PHONE. YOU CAN ONLY TEXT THEM AND IT TAKES HOURS BEFORE THEY EVEN RESPOND. IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD!

This is a very badly run business. I couldn't even finish the sign up process. The website insisted I put information on getting to my house, like a gate or an apartment. I didn't have any of that. So I put none. It would not accept that or anything else I entered in the box. But it had already accepted my credit card number on a previous screen. So I thought I'll call customer service. WRONG! They don't have customer service and they don't have a way to contact them. I am really wondering if this is a real business. I strongly, strongly urge people do not do business with this company.

Favor delivery doesn’t deserve a 1 star. They take your order and then cancels 2-3 hours later after the establishments has closed. I ordered my merchandise around 5:30, just to be told after 8:00 that the store was closed. I knew the store closed at 8. They waited until 8:00 to get a runner. This is not the first neither second time this has happened. They have horrible services. Don’t use Favor.

Delivery Driver for Favor I deliver groceries only for Favor. I also do work other delivery platforms. They have a flawed system for sure. As a driver I am only guaranteed 3 dollars to deliver anywhere from a half mile to 15 miles one way. We depend on the tip but they don't tell us how much the tip will be up front. I have taken an hour and a half and a couple of gallons of gas to deliver to people who tip 5 dollars. I believe that if the customer knew that we are paid so poorly they would tip better. We keep lists of the best tippers and those that tip badly and avoid the latter like the plague.
