Delivery Driver for Favor
Delivery Driver for Favor I deliver groceries only for Favor. I also do work other delivery platforms. They have a flawed system for sure. As a driver I am only guaranteed 3 dollars to deliver anywhere from a half mile to 15 miles one way. We depend on the tip but they don't tell us how much the tip will be up front. I have taken an hour and a half and a couple of gallons of gas to deliver to people who tip 5 dollars. I believe that if the customer knew that we are paid so poorly they would tip better. We keep lists of the best tippers and those that tip badly and avoid the latter like the plague.
