If I could give less than 1 star I would. They don't want to acknowledge that their app is not functioning correctly. I ordered my food and added all the details as to how my burger was supposed to be dressed with the fixings. I ended up with burgers that were dry and equivalent to a McDonald's happy meal or less. $55 for this. They slap a service fee on top of the delivery fee, really!!!! Don't use Favor. Resolution for the customer doesn't exist. Just better to order in person and cut out the third party. Old school is always better.
