We ordered a large meal for my family
We ordered a large meal for my family, took forever but finally got a notification that it was delivered(contact free) checked my front door and nothing, no picture like other delivery services, was unable to text the driver about the order after it was delivered like with other delivery services and they don’t have a customer service phone number it’s all through messages. So I’m out over 70 bucks we are all hungry and after waiting an hour we finally just ordered through Grubhub and got food delivered through them and were eating before favor returned my messages. Finally messaged with someone and got the order reversed, they offered me a 10% off my next order but I just deleted the app. Terrible company and ever worse customer service.
