I only give this one so it will post, I ordered food for me and my grandchildren, it came with no plates no silverware no napkins how are my grandchildren supposed to eat mashed potatoes or coleslaw with their hands? I filed a complaint and all favor wanted to do was give me a three dollar credit when we could not even eat the meal which cost me $41 I had to throw it away and order from door Dash and I’ve also ordered from Uber which get the orders right and bring the proper utensils and plates and napkins. Favor has screwed up my order twice and will never order from them again I highly recommend either Uber or door dash

Horrible incompetent drivers. I will NEVER use favor again. First off I told the lady to use google maps bc Apple takes you to the wrong house. Then I get a notification that my order was delivered. I reached out to the driver to let her know she didn’t deliver to me. So I asked her did she use the pin I dropped her. Fast forward, I’m waiting for my order, I texted her for and update. No reply. I checked the camera and the idiot delivered 30 mins ago and never rung the door bell. My ice cream melted. I am beyond pissed.

I love Favor. Personally I don't use any other delivery service. I know my kids do, but for me, I stick to those that give good customer service. My food has been delivered on time, correct, and professionally. Most importantly, the times I have had an issue, not with the driver, but the restaurant, Favor has assisted in correcting it and getting me a refund or credit on future delivery. Fast! I appreciate good customer service.

I never had a problem with Favor before, but noticed the last two times how the estimated amount jumps to about $12 - $15 more. Some of my order was missing this time. I am my mother's caregiver and she wanted food from her favorite restaurant, so I was not able to leave the house at the time. I am so disappointed that I can barely eat my food right now. I know I will probably not even hear back from Favor regarding my refund. I tried to please my ill mother, I should have went with my first mind and ordered from Doordash where I would have saved at least $20.

I ordered $50 worth of cupcakes from a bakery in DFW area that I never received !! There was no communication with the driver that my order was delivered only an automated generic text . I truly believe she never picked up the order and just kept the tip or just kept everything . The worst is if she did deliver it to a wrong address she didn’t read the delivery instructions for the description of what I have at my door to make sure she’s leaving it at correct place . What’s also terrible is it is soooooo hard to contact customer service in an attempt to get a refund or contact the driver to advise they left items at wrong address there’s only the message app that sends u in circles to contact the driver ummm how ? When they are stealing and do not message that they’ve delivered . I think the driver stole it honestly because when I clicked on the button to view my receipt that they are supposed to take pics of it was literally a pic of a finger over the camera .....I also noticed two separate charges of $10 and $7 on my bank statement I reported it as fraud and got my money back through my bank for everything Favor never responded back via they’re message app SCAM service DO NOT USE

Favor is trash! Their drivers are horrible. They're late, steal food and collect the tips! I will not be using this company again and will tell others to stay away!

If I could give zero star I would. This was the worst time and effort spent on this app. Base pay is $2.10. The tips suck. I was given a $2 tip. My total pay was $4.10. I waited 49 minutes for the food to be made fresh while I waited with my car running outside. He texted me to make sure there was bread in the bag. I made sure it was all there. My time and effort and gas used for this one favor was only worth $4.10. Don’t waste your time. You don’t see how much you’re getting paid upfront. Go to door dash or Uber eats. Favor is all kinds of messed up.

I have experienced nothing but constant issues with this company as of late. Orders take as long as an hour and a half to 2 hours. Right now I have been waiting on my order for 2 hours and neither the driver nor customer support has responded to me. I am unable to cancel my order at all at this point. There are so many other delivery services out there. Please, please don't waste your time with this one.

I tried favor food delivery for the first time the order total started at $44 and just before the driver showed up about two or three minutes the order total jumped up to over $72 this is a scam company their fees are outrageous as I said the total started at $44 could not change the tip it was set at $8 but just 2 minutes before the driver arrived jump up to $72 with an $18 tip I did not okay or select now I see why this company has an f rating with a better Business bureau and all the other food delivery companies are just as bad even Uber eats has a lawsuit thy owen Postmates and seemles have a lawsuit against them were ripping off and I thought doordash had high fees and they're the one and only delivery company out there I would trust and avoid a favor at all costs they are running HEB company name which is who owns favor food delivery if you complain the favor they trying to get you to accept all the excessive fees and scams they're always looking for some sucker to take advantage of and have been known to charge customers without a customer even ordering you can find videos all over YouTube reporting this so avoid favor at all costs

I ordered Whataburger Delivery not knowing it was thru Favor! Order was at 7:40 & I was given a timeframe of 8:02-8:12…8:45 comes around …nothing. Call Whataburger & they say it’s not their fault it’s Favor & the time set is thru Favor (which I didn’t choose). I txt the runner , she ignores the txt. I call her & she says idk what happened & tells me it’s Whataburgers fault! I ask for Customer service # and she says don’t know one. Then she txts me one that says it’s not correct!! So basically I paid $12 extra for cold food, inedible fries of how hard they were & I received my order@ 9:11 pm. How is that ok? No one to complain to!! I order delivery because my mom has dementia & I cannot leave her!! I don’t pay extra because I just have extra money!! I am so disappointed at both Whataburger & Favor…NEVER EVER AGAIN!!

ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS a terrible experience in the DFW area… I do not understand how a company can provide “delivery services” and be this TERRIBLE at “delivery services”. The craziest thing about all of this is HEB purchased Favor a few years ago and I had hopes that they would revamp the service and make it better. Instead, it has just gotten worse… WAY WORSE. Don’t waist your time or money

I’ve never had a problem in the Houston area. I’ve been notified when things were out of stock. And food delivered in a timely manner.

Favor in Waco area has been good. The waits at our local restaurants can be a hour plus on busy days. No time to take a hour lunch and get back. I've yet to see a order take that long with favor in this area.

If I could give a zero, I would. Runner was not responsive and we waited an astronomical amount of time for our food. Called the restaurant directly and find out our food had been bagged and ready for 15 minutes. Runner still never answers and doesn’t pick up food for another 30 minutes. Customer service is a joke too.

This delivery service is the worst. -You don’t place an order directly to the restaurant; you’re at the mercy of the “runner” for accuracy/timeliness. -Tip is defaulted to 40% of total. This feels wrong when compared to the 20% a server gets. - Delayed / little visibility on where your order is.

My Company rewarded me with a $75 gift on Favor, which is unusable. Its sucks.

We just ordered food through favor and only got half our order. I contacted the restaurant and come to find out the delivery person orders the food so we received what was ordered as far as they show but we still get charged. There is no way to get a hold of anyone at favor through email, text, or phone. From what I see on the BBB website this company never gets back to people and the favor delivery employees can do whatever they want with your card info. Looks like they rip people off all the time and there is nothing anyone can do about it.

SCAM SCAM SCAM ALERT!! Favor is fraudulent, these guys are thieves and will steal from you!!! 150% markup on my order.

Favor Delivery, worst delivery service I’ve ever used. You don’t even respond to your customers who are left wondering if they are ever going to get their meal after an hour after placing an order with an original eta of 25 minutes...I’ve given multiple chances and every time it’s the same problem. Here we are having placed an order at 5:45, having to cancel and place an order with a legitimate delivery service at 7 pm. Terrible!

Absolute worst food delivery service in the DFW area!! Do not waste your time or money with such an incompetent so called “ Business”. Call Uber eats and get real people with real responses!! Trust me on this one!!! This company will eventually collapse, hopefully much more quickly than Bernie Madoff!!!
