Favor Delivery Reviews

9/20/22 Ordered Starbucks a trente pink drink and pumpkin muffin. My order was delivered by Bobby your driver and the name on the order was listed as Bobby. My receptionist gave the order to a rep at my facility by that name and he thought someone sent him food. I texted the company only to be given an apology. That doesn't replace my order or funds. Bobby has promised to get me lunch this upcoming Friday however this isn't his mishap. My name should have been given at starbucks to avoid this and it would have printed on my items that were delivered.

Favor has gone from an ok delivery service to bad, bad, bad. They hire people who obviously cannot read English or numbers. Twice in the last two weeks, my groceries have been delivered to the wrong address. HEB can't seem to get out from under them. I'm going to have to do something else for groceries. Once they miss the delivery, you have to wait around for the next attempt to get it right. The whole day is blown. Perhaps the driver is just keeping the groceries. Often times, the groceries spill out of the bag, never to be seen again. Many times.

I am so pleased to have received a "Cease and Desist" E-Mail directive from Favor (now owned by H.E.B., San Antonio, TX.) I was accused of using profanity to their "Support Team". That being impossible, unable to call, much less SPEAK to a CSA. So I REALLY got to Cussin' What I sent them was classic! Beyond vulgar! Their legal team had to send me the notice with the threat of notifying law enforcement! In my life. never been more pleased that I was able to waste the time of this Piece Of S%@$ operation. The last thing I did was activate the app, wait an hour before something hit. Accepted the "Favor" and did nothing else! I suggest this action to anyone out there fool enough to allow this company to exist.

Favor is honestly amazing to say the least! I never write reviews but I had to go to lengths to find a way to review it because omg they’re so fast! It’s not expensive they have promos that you can use without spending a certain amount ive only used them a couple times I usually used Uber eats but compared to favor it’s so much better in every way.

As you read this DELETE FAVOR from your phone now! Favor continually lies, delivery keeps being raised, they send false advertisement emails, overcharges local businesses to have them deliver for them, and of of course over charges the consumer making the order. Nearly $80 for food delivered for a family of three from Dairy Queen that is robbery. Also the only way to get a hold of this company is filling out a form then they follow up with a pre-generated email. There is no phone number or direct email to contact anyone. Then of course do not work for them they will discriminate against you and make things up and then block your account so you cannot work, and they do not care this was your job to support your family. If I were you I would have nothing to do with Favor other than telling me to not use them and delete their app.

This is the worst company. They make the app so difficult to ask for help. They do not provide service for their runners to contact you, or you them. The runners are polite, it's the company itself. I'm 43 yrs old and they suspended me for trying to purchase alcohol as a minor. Disfunctional company to say the least. My advice is to use Doordash or another service in your area. Favor will not do you any favors, pun intended.

Absolute worst service ever. From consistent missing items to ‘delivered’ items not really delivered, I’m baffled at how this company is still in business.

This app is horrible they are fraudulent company I ordered $15.50 worth of food with a $10 off supposed coupon and they charged me $27 and the tip should have been $3 but they charged me over $5 for that. Google play is committing fraud because when you download the app it says you will get 10.00 off and favor doesn't honor that.

Horrible!!!! I ordered Popeyes and took seconds for a runner to accept then took 2 minutes saying they were at Popeyes picking up order and another 4 minutes saying they delivered my order with a picture of them covering the camera. I've tried customer support, but they are no help. This is very unprofessional!

Worst delivery service.

The runner never made it here after they was an hour late, I texted support. After wasting 2 hours of my time…. I was left without food (hungry) and to go to bed without. This app and service are horrible. With no appreciation of a customers time.

Terrible! This is the second time I've attempted to use Favor for a food delivery. I get the update that says the Favor driver is there picking up the food and my delivery will be here in a few minutes. Then all of the sudden the status said canceled. After waiting for 30 minutes just to find out nobody is delivering my food. This happened about a year ago and it just happened again. Lesson learned and will never use this company again.

Was very disturbed to discover that Favor employs a runner who was fired from another food delivery service for ASSAULTING a female customer. Doesn't Favor understand that we are trusting them to ensure their runners (who have our names, addresses, etc) are safe for us to be around?

Favor dose NOT pay what's owed or guaranteed!! I ran 10 favor and was guaranteed $110 the promo was even checked ✅ off that I completed it and only received $10 I've been emailing them texting them for 4 days straight and I have yet to hear back from them. I will not be running anymore favors total rip off. On top of not being payed what's owed to me. They started me off paying $0.80 per favor then after I completed my 10 favors they changed it to $0.70 because gas prices.. does that even make sense? Instead of increasing it since us drivers are the ones driving... Never again.

This company is horrible don’t use this company at all they refuse to deliver food to me because my caregiver wears a mask due to covid and me being a cancer patient

What a f**king joke!!!

This business is garbage. They give you a total and a suggested tip amount that you can't change and when I went to pay for my order my total jumped $15...some Hella shaddy s*** if you ask me. Don't use favor they will rip you off.

I placed an order at a local burger joint. Favor was the delivery company to deliver the order. After an hour I called the burger joint only to find out the order was never picked up. I drove to the burger joint and they made my order over. While I was waiting on the order the driver from Favor showed up looking for the order! I told her that I tipped her 30% and how could she not come and get the order - complete silence. Worst is the fact that there is no where on the Favor site to lodge a complaint, only contact the driver -really! My mission in life is to now give them a review on every site possible!

It’s a joke ordering through Favor delivery. Not sure who’s running this organization but it’s a mess. Complete mess. I’ll stick to any delivery service other than Favor. Favor? More like an unnecessary hassle.

They have messed up almost every delivery I've made through them. They also take a long time, even their support takes a long time. Overall way worse than other delivery services.
