Incorrect and slooooooow
I've used Favor numerous times in the last year, and it's been great! My last two experiences have been terrible. It seems as if some of the runners are negligent, as I have received very incorrect items. They don't confirm prior to making a substitution, and they don't edit the price to reflect the changes either. The most frustrating thing is that customer service takes about 8-10 minutes to respond during the entire conversation. So if anything happens with your order, be prepared to spend at least an hour to hopefully come to a resolution. Big bummer because I liked using it until now. One outlying experience I understand, but two in a row with the same customer service issue isn't worth any future time or hassle.
