Unsanitary
First of all, when my food was delivered, the packaging reeked of cigarette smoke and, I think, weed. I am allergic to smoke and it is unsanitary. Second of all, contacting customer service at Favor is impossible. The only "help" they offer is contact with the driver, which is useless. I will NOT be using Favor again.
