Favor Delivery Reviews

I visited Waco, Texas and while visiting to see my new grandson, we decided to try Whataburger using Favor Delivery. Worse experience in our life with neither no resolution, response from Favor, nor our food! I will be spreading this news to everyone in the area because we're not even from here and wouldn't want anyone else to experience the displeasure of not receiving their poor service or accountability. I'm in IT so this will be super easy...

I would like to ask Favor to get a software that will prevent Favor drivers from making so many mistakes when placing and picking up orders! Lately a lot of my orders have been entirely wrong, something missing, or wrong items. Not using them any longer and a partial refund or a $5 credit when your meal is incorrect.

Do not work for favor and they screwed something up and now they refused to pay me all the work that I did workers beware they only pay you two dollars not worth the time in the hassle customer service is the worst they do not care about runners

I’d give 0 stars if I could. They were OK before but they are horrible now. Our last order was stolen by the runner, who ghosted both us and Favor, but we waited for hours for food that never showed up. Favor said they’d give us a $6 credit (LOL. Really?) which they NEVER did. Nevertheless in a moment of weakness I tried again, because I love Wu Chow. I was assigned a runner and it said 45 min til delivery. Then a different runner and it said 50 minutes until delivery (20 minutes later). Then, a few moments later there was no runner and no time estimate. I cancelled my order. I feel bad for the local businesses who use them - they are losing money, and their reputations may be (unfairly) taking a hit. Favor may have once been good but now they are irredeemable. STAY AWAY.

Don't do it, just don't. The company has gotten so greedy. They don't care about their customers at all. They only care about the money. There's all kinds of hidden fees to where you're gonna pay so much more than you would for any other delivery service. And anytime you contact customer support, their answer is going to be "I'm sorry but there's nothing we can do", Though they'll paint it in the nicest of light and tell you that they hope your next favor will be better.

Over 2 hours and the runner finally got to the restaurant.

his business is a total spam!!! I was just looking at meals. They decided to take over a $100 out of my because i was looking. They took it out today. Then claimed it was to late to cancel it They gave me the run around. Whatever you don’t add your credit card to look at their meals!!! Worse company I have ever dealt with. I plan to let everyone that will listen about the shady way they do people. Plus I’m contacting the Better Business Bureau. Please be careful and don’t whatever you do, Don’t let them give them credit card info. This company is ripping people off.

Favor it horrible I’m a driver and they sent me over 20 plus miles and they gave me wrong pick up address and I look up information and the place they was supposed to send me was close now they don’t want to pay me anything

We've ordered twice from Favor. Ordering, at least on a pc, is NOT customer friendly. I tried putting "Rear" in 3 times and still BOTH of our deliveries were delivered to the front house. Plus, one of our two meals tonight was entirely wrong. But "at least" what with the tip, which I had no control over, it was expensive!! I won't be using Favor again.

I had the best delivery driver named Cindy she was very nice about my order and delivered quickly

The last few deliveries we have had from Favor have either been wrong or they are completely missing part of the order. Tonight is no exception and I am sick of it. I will not let me husband order from Favor again. They are the worst!!!!!

Worst delivery service. Cancelled our order with no notice and reason

Lost two entire orders. Impossible to get any refund or response from Favor itself; no way to address or report driver; directed to restaurant for all problems. Still haven't seen a refund. I use GrubHub now and it's been a much better experience; DoorDash was a little better than Favor, but not by much. Haven't tried UberEats yet, but until GH messes up I'll stick with them.

HEB uses them for delivery. They pick the worst item to deliver.

I would have put no stars had that been an option. So I order my lunch from favor and I'm going to pay it ridiculous amount for a hamburger fries and a drink I never received my order I try and get help from favor it doesn't exist I email favor I don't hear anything back

As a runner for Favor, their communication and runner customer service is HORRIBLE! I had my account suspended after a week of working for them and no one could tell me why and they will not communicate by phone. I won’t run for them nor use their service ever again.

I ordered from ihop, favor that is put $100 hold on a $10 bill on my account after several emails of me pointing this out it went down to 50 $50 is not double of $10 which they said it might be a double charge.yea 50 dollar doubled.

I ordered favor a lot in my area and the driver was nice but they keep forgetting a item in my order and I told them the driver forgot item and the drivers have done it so much that they wouldn’t give a credit so I will not use them anymore . I found a cheaper delivery service .

Ordered food from place less than four miles from my house. Never got food! Won’t use them again!

Orders don’t go in when you place them on the app… you have to wait for a runner to pick up the order, want the order, then place it with the company… this obviously creates a lag so a 30 min order is now 60-75 min… avoid at all costs bc the runners will sneak in 50% tips
