Endurance Reviews

Customer service

Courteous service and disposition.

I ASKED QUESTIONS ABOUT CAR I WAS BUYING AND I WAS TOLD THINGS WERE COVERED THAT I ASKED ABOUT ONLY TO FIND THEY WERE NOT AND IT COST ME $ 4500 TO GET CAR REPAIRED EVEN THE DEALER I CARRIED IT TO SAID THEY SHOULD HAVE COVERED THE PART SO THEY LIED TO ME AND THEN AFTER NURMOUS CALLS NO ONE WOULD HELP I HIGHLY DO NOT RECCOMEND BUYING ITS ALOT OF MONEY FOR A CONTRACT ONLY TO FIND YOU HAVE TO SEND THOUSANDS MORE

Looking at the other reviews, it’s unfortunate for a company like this to get a brand of being a scam. I’ve had three contracts with them. I paid them all upfront anywhere between three thousand and $4500. Definitely experienced some no this is not covered. Most recently had a vehicle totaled And sent in for a refund. It was received July 18th and I’m still waiting for the refund. Tomorrow will be seven weeks! When I finally spoke with somebody, they said oh we see it’s being processed August 29 which was four days ago; she said the check should be out September 18 or so. So that will be nine weeks. That when I’ve paid my contracts, they’re paid in full the same day I’m talking to them. So I’ve purchased my last contract with them. I bought a new 2023 BMW 850i convertible a week ago. I’ve been vacillating about contract. I believe at this point I’ll probably get the contract from the BMW dealer. I’ve purchased my last contract from endurance. It’s unfortunate when companies like this. Don’t realize that you could have lifetime customers if you treat them right.

Don't call in to them on the phone to try to get information about their policies or a quote- I called in to qet a quote on a car I was considering buying but that I didn't own yet. They asked me to give them my personal information and the vehicle VIN number before they would give a quote. Once you do, they then pressure you to buy the insurance right then on the spot on the call...immediately. I told the salesperson again multiple times that I was CONSIDERING buying the car but that I did not own it yet. I made that abundantly clear. He wanted me to pay them for the policy right then even though I did not own the car and his explanation was that I could cancel and they would send my money back and that I would have to trust them to send the money back! Then he said, that if I didn't pay for the insurance right then on the call, that they would charge me hundreds - yes hundreds - of dollars more if I called back to get a policy. Be warned - do not give them any information about you or your car unless you are ready to buy from them without even knowing how much they will charge. All I wanted to do was call for a quote. A complete pressure scam!

I don’t even want to give one star. I will continue to post my experience here and beg you to NOT PURCHASE a warranty from this scam company. I read reviews and see few that have good comments except for how helpful and courteous they were when purchasing. Of course they are. They are eager to scam you. I hope those people never have a claim. I also read negative reviews and the company says they would be glad to talk about it in their response. I sent them an email. Still no word back. Even their replies are a scam. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!! DO NOT BUY THIS WARRANTY!! I hope everyone gets the word out. So far I have reached 72 people with my first post. At $4,000 per warranty that has saved people $288,000.00. I hope this reaches another 72 or more. My contract was $7000. I had a turbo go bad and it was $7200.00. They denied it. They have all kinds of reasons not to cover. This is a recurring theme with them. They don’t answer their phone. You will be on hold for hours. My mechanic charges for the time they have to spend on the phone just waiting to talk about coverage. It takes hours. DO NOT PURCHASE!!!

The superior customer service by Jason Heard in setting up Endurance for both my wife and I. His knowledge was great, he had an explanation for all our questions. Thanks Jason

I have had a very bad experience will never deal with them again or refer them to anyone They promised me everything but did nothing to help or fix my problem My truck was in the shop for 3 months and when they finally gave me an approval, after I got it fixed I had to get rid of it before I blew up the motor

New member but so far it's great

The claim was quick and easy

Good coverage and quick courteous quote.

The company can stop misleading the public with their commercials and lies. The only way Endurance will pay for the claim is if they cannot not find a reason to deny a claim. My claim #FG440626 The torque converter went bad and caused damage to the transmission. Refused to pay for anything except the converter. Forced me to pay for the teardown to determine cause, then refused to even cover that cost.

You explained everything.

Don't waste your money on this company. I called and spoke with a rep over a year ago and was sold a bill of goods which would sounded good but ultimately was worthless. My kids needed a car and I had one but it was older. I was concerned due to it's age and called Endurance they informed me they would take care of the vehicle if the were issues and after speaking to the wife I agreed to the monthly payment. All appeared to go well each month the car kept working and they took my money. Then disaster the transmission threw a code and stopped working. Me being the fool I was to towed the vehicle to a shop which Endurance listed. Had the vehicle looked at and when the repairs were sent to Endurance they denied they claim. Understand I dont need a new transmission I need several items replaced which are separate but total $2000 and it caused the code to drop. After several calls back and forth they refuse to pay to make the repair. Save your money. If you are worried take the money you would pay them and put it in the bank for the repair if you can. Otherwise you will pay and recieve nothing in return. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY

The salesman was very knowledgeable and very honest

Very informative and explained.
