Endurance Reviews

Iwas satisfied with agent he was very knowledgable and made me feel comfortable about choosing Endurance. After trading some of the negative reviews it made me question my choice but I will and make my own decision if I have a claim

Respectful courteous kindness and listened and affordable

RUN, don't walk, RUN AWAY from this company!! The most deceptive company I have ever seen in my life. They will not approve a claim no matter what. And yes, they are in a Class Action lawsuit just for those exact reasons. Don't waste your money or all the time it will take to chase every requirement they ask for just to be denied. Even when you provide what is clearly stated in the contract, they will then say it is not enough and deny your claim. I don't know how these people sleep at night.

The Representative, explained everything to me and was very customer oriented.

Put my Lincoln MKZ in the shop to have a ABS control module replace, Endurance turned it down as uncovered when clearly under the contract it was covered, called them, and customer service told me it was covered and have the mechanic call back, he did, was told again it was not covered. This is the biggest scam I have ever had to deal with. Dont be lured by these celebrities who would sell their mothers if it paid enough.

Over all they went above and beyond to meet my requirements, worked with me on discounts to get the most out of my experience and worked around phone calls with my construction work schedule, very pleased.

Tried to cancel and had to sit on hold and then was transferred. After I sat on hold for another 15 min, that person, who was very nice, put me on hold again while she cancelled my plan. What I should have been able to cancel via email, they made me call in. THEN I was transferred again after telling this person that I was told I would be able to cancel, to just cancel after the policy 5 more times, and all she could do was try to get me to keep the policy, put me on hold again, and was not so nice anymore since I requested a refund too since I was within 30 days of signing up. I will never do business with them again!

The representative was very helpful and friendly, and very knowledgeable about the contract.

Just did a very through job. Explain things well. Really very helpful and made a person fell comfortable thru out the whole time. Overall good job!

Great people and great service … really nice and explained everything in detail

My initial call to Endurance was very pleasing. They gave me all the information about my warranty that I would need to make my decision as to what company I would choose for the extended warranty on my vehicle. They were polite and respectful. They listened to my need instead of just trying to sell me a plan.

Terrible customer service! I called for a quote, of course they tried to upsell to the highest plan possible. When I asked for a quote on a lesser plan, they became very rude (actually upset). They then pressured for my credit card, when I said I just needed the quote for now, I was told I was being blocked from their system. Guess you can’t just get a quote from this company!

Endurance is not to be trusted they are a scamming warranty company They do not take care of their claims as agreed they have cheated me twice on two different claims and have lied to me many times so I canceled them when canceling they tried to get me to change my mind. Also, when you cancel, they tell you first that they’re going to figure out how much they owe you. Then when you call back to check, they tell you it will be six weeks and they won’t know how much your refund check will be until then. so they’re making money off your money While they leave you hanging out to dry. These people are nuts. I highly recommend stay away from them. They will cheat you out of everything anytime they can. I also noticed they’ve been sued many times and they still have a class action suit coming their way.endurance is a total disgrace to the industry.

horrible company. My truck went to the dealer for a repair. The repair was well within the contract guidelines and Endurance said they were only paying a small portion of the bill. When I called the claims department the rep began to speak over me, yell at me and even curse at me. He also said that I needed get my truck out of the dealer and bring it to another shop for them to cover more of the repair. Complete violation of my contract. I am supposed to be able to bring my truck anywhere I want. Scammers

They way the handle the claim

Very efficient no complaints

I just used my endurance warranty for the first time......what a joke and waste of money. If I could rate a zero I would. First let me say if you have a high end vehicle they will pay less then 50 percent of the repair cost. I'll explain 1, They will not pay for OEM parts. So Audi/BMW/Mercedes/Lexus if you go to a repair that uses OEM parts Endurance paid40percent of the parts cost. The kicker to this is when the cheap parts they want you to use fail, they wont replace them. 2. They pay some average rate that once again is 50 percent of a dealer rate 3. If you have multiple parts in a system that break and one part caused the others to break they will only pay for one part. Which is total BS If you use dealerships and have a high end vehicle this warranty is useless. Very DISSAPOINTED

Speaking with Ryan about your coverage plan. He made me feel comfortable about choosing Endurance. Roadside assistance, overall concern for any issues that may arise.
