Looking at the other reviews, it’s unfortunate for a company like this to get a brand of being a scam. I’ve had three contracts with them. I paid them all upfront anywhere between three thousand and $4500. Definitely experienced some no this is not covered. Most recently had a vehicle totaled And sent in for a refund. It was received July 18th and I’m still waiting for the refund. Tomorrow will be seven weeks! When I finally spoke with somebody, they said oh we see it’s being processed August 29 which was four days ago; she said the check should be out September 18 or so. So that will be nine weeks. That when I’ve paid my contracts, they’re paid in full the same day I’m talking to them. So I’ve purchased my last contract with them. I bought a new 2023 BMW 850i convertible a week ago. I’ve been vacillating about contract. I believe at this point I’ll probably get the contract from the BMW dealer. I’ve purchased my last contract from endurance. It’s unfortunate when companies like this. Don’t realize that you could have lifetime customers if you treat them right.
