Don't call in to them on the phone to try to get information about their policies or a quote- I called in to qet a quote on a car I was considering buying but that I didn't own yet. They asked me to give them my personal information and the vehicle VIN number before they would give a quote. Once you do, they then pressure you to buy the insurance right then on the spot on the call...immediately. I told the salesperson again multiple times that I was CONSIDERING buying the car but that I did not own it yet. I made that abundantly clear. He wanted me to pay them for the policy right then even though I did not own the car and his explanation was that I could cancel and they would send my money back and that I would have to trust them to send the money back! Then he said, that if I didn't pay for the insurance right then on the call, that they would charge me hundreds - yes hundreds - of dollars more if I called back to get a policy. Be warned - do not give them any information about you or your car unless you are ready to buy from them without even knowing how much they will charge. All I wanted to do was call for a quote. A complete pressure scam!
