I don’t even want to give one star. I will continue to post my experience here and beg you to NOT PURCHASE a warranty from this scam company. I read reviews and see few that have good comments except for how helpful and courteous they were when purchasing. Of course they are. They are eager to scam you. I hope those people never have a claim. I also read negative reviews and the company says they would be glad to talk about it in their response. I sent them an email. Still no word back. Even their replies are a scam. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!! DO NOT BUY THIS WARRANTY!! I hope everyone gets the word out. So far I have reached 72 people with my first post. At $4,000 per warranty that has saved people $288,000.00. I hope this reaches another 72 or more. My contract was $7000. I had a turbo go bad and it was $7200.00. They denied it. They have all kinds of reasons not to cover. This is a recurring theme with them. They don’t answer their phone. You will be on hold for hours. My mechanic charges for the time they have to spend on the phone just waiting to talk about coverage. It takes hours. DO NOT PURCHASE!!!
