Waist of time horrible company and trust pilot taken my review down for no reason ccjj £217.50

Review number 6, but this time a letter headed by TM Legal but now saying Perch Capital Limited v myself. Very threatening and intimidating letter saying they are going to apply for a Warrant of Control and the letter is a pre notification of an application of enforcement. Once again no details of the alleged CCJ, reference number, issuing court etc. Again checked to see if a CCJ exists and it does not but don't let a little matter of them threatening you and lying concern them. For this they are going to charge £83 court costs and £2.25 solicitors costs. This matter however is "now extremely serious" they say. So once again TM Legal why do you not give me the court reference and why haven't you issued papers when you didn't apply for a CCJ? I have been advised not to communicate with you as you have provided no proof of this alleged debt or court papers when you didn't apply for a CCJ informing of doing so in order that I may contest it. What has happened is, you have bought a debt and are trying through bullying and threats to make me pay for something I have no knowledge of. That is illegal and harassment of a pensioner suffering and registered as having issues which you are aware of. So a fair question, why don't you give details of the CCJ? Is it because there isn't one, which I have again checked with TrustOnline which has continually found no trace of any CCJ, and you are just charlatans and chancers. Please do not give your standard generic response with the usual false names, and again I see more false 5 star reviews. Please come along and threaten a pensioner if you wish. Sums up the bullies you are.

Haven't got a clue what they're talking about, don't know the 6 years statute barred rule and tried telling me they know more than a judge, haha brilliant, can't wait for court on Monday and to tell the judge he doesn't know what he's on about :) * To your reply below, you had chance when I phoned to "investigate" if you choose to employ cocky fools that haven't a clue what they are doing, thats not my problem

I spoke with Yash today and he was extremely helpful and very understanding of my circumstances. I was nervous about calling and had put it off but he was polite and judgement free.

The agent that attended to me today is called Mackayla. She is so professional, empathetic and could be one of the best caseworkers in TM Legal. I am not given to leaving reviews but on this occasion I thought it might be worth my time to leave one for her sake. I would gladly give her 10/10

Renell helped me with a small debt that had accrued. Quick phone call and resolved.

Distrustful tactics. i had a debt, after some time they sent me a settlement offer 50% (£1917) of the original debt £3195. i called them, their staff asked if i paid £1917 they will clear the debt, yet will still show record on my credit file that it was partially settled & they will close this debt case and not chase me anymore. i told them i don't have £1917 now, she suggested an installment plan of £639 x 3 months (total £1917). I agreed and setup the direct debt. nb. they had a very nice, caring tone. Their email confirmed the direct debit for £1917. However, they took four payments of £639 (total £2556) and they wanted a fifth £639. this fifth payment failed (i didn't have money in bank account), which they said i'm now in severe arrears as it failed several times, that will now affect my payment record and will trigger ccj action. When i spoke with them today, they said installment is only for the full debt £3195. They asked if i know whom i spoke with and do I have confirmation, well silly me i didn't. Points to them to confirm if i had evidence! Basically they tricked me to setup a direct debit to pay off the full debt by installment. using the 50% settlement as Bait & Switch. The final balance is now £639 of the original debt £3195. I asked they ought to refund my 4th over payment, they just pretend the line was not clear. saying "I'm not able to hear you!" I asked they escalate to their manager, whom i can escalate this. They put me on-hold for 2 mins, then manager is busy now & will call me back. been 1 hr, still no call.

Rude and aggressive call handlers

This company keeps making serious threats, intimidation tactics and constantly harrassing me, despite the fact I am a very ill and vulnerable person with chronic health conditions.. The company is in serious breach of Data protection laws, constant harrasment and continuing to send documents to incorrect addresses!! i am taking legal action against them as they got a CCJ against me despite myself never receiving any documents!!!! I will be also seeking an emergency injunction to stop the harrassment.. The company keeps threatening to turn up on the doorstep of an address where i do not reside!!!!.and if necessary I will contact the police against this company and I will be reporting them to the Solicitors Regulation Authority for serious breach of conduct!!!!

Extremely helpful agent Renell! She ensued to explain everything completely and fully to me.

Very rude lady on the phone today

Mackayla helped me figure everything out over the phone with a quick 30minute phone call and a bubbly personality. Very refreshing to speak to a customer service agent that genuinely wanted to help.
