Terrible company. Absolutely a waste of money. They don’t pay any claims and always come up with excuses why they can’t. I had a legitimate claim that my attorney even said was a correct claim, and endurance not only denied it, but the rep then hung up on me because she was “tired of dealing with me. People need to understand that Endurance says they have a large list of verified auto shops that accept their insurance, but after calling every auto shop in the area, only one worker with them. And that company then increased the end-user pricing to what endurance said they would pay, because they said there’s a high likelihood that Endurance wouldn’t pay them. I then got a call the other day from another auto shop for some previous work who ALSO said they are waiting, 30 days later, for Endurance to pay them. The auto shop says they’ve sent several emails and phone calls and have not heard a word back. THIS IS FRAUD. After being so fed up without getting any answers thru customer service, I wrote a complaint on the Better Business Bureau. Within 48 hrs. Endurance finally called me and offered to pay me $1500 to take down my negative review with them. They probably didn’t think I’d read the contract they sent me, which also read that they would cancel the remainder of existing contract without any refund on that portion, despite that I paid the entire amount of the contract. So I didn’t sign it. I then reached back out to endurance to discuss, and they ONLY communicate via phone calls they do not send emails. They must be doing that on purpose… if it’s not in writing they can’t be held liable. Their entire act is consumer fraud. You cannot offer to pay people to take down reviews. There is no trust here. They have since followed up with me daily to sign it. I will not be silenced for $1500, especially when this policy cost me over $5k. Please take a look at the number of 1-star reviews. THIS IS THE NUMBER OF PEOPLE WHO REFUSE TO TAKE MONEY TO BE SILENCED BY BAD ACTORS. If I could give zero stars I would. This company must be held responsible for stealing from its customers and lying on the phone to disregard their written contracts. I understand there are several ongoing lawsuits regarding their bad actions.
If could give a "0" rating I would, I purchased an Endurance warranty in December 2024 and followed all policy requirements, including the waiting period. Yet when my vehicle needed repairs in August and September 2025—both clearly covered under the policy—my claims were denied without explanation. Despite multiple requests, I was denied access to basic information like claim numbers, inspection results, and status updates. Endurance insisted all communication go through the repair shop, excluding me entirely from the process. This is not only unprofessional—it’s unethical. To make matters worse, I received a retroactive request for invoices months after the policy began and after the claims were submitted. It felt like a tactic to justify denial rather than a genuine effort to resolve the issue. As a paying customer, I expected transparency, accountability, and fair treatment. Instead, I encountered evasiveness and disregard. I do not recommend Endurance Warranty Services to anyone seeking reliable coverage or respectful customer service.
So far (knock on wood) I haven't had to use my warranty. But my main reason for purchasing their product, was the very very knowledgeable representative I talked to when I called with some basic questions about what they offered. She gave me very thorough answers, and I was completely satisfied with her answers. She wasn't guessing. That gave me a great deal of confidence in my purchase. I would HIGHLY recommend Endurance.
Scam - please join the class action suit against Endurance. They deny anything and everything claimed by my local BMW dealership (an approved repair facility). Endurance is super creative about how they phrase their arguments. Been in a contract with Endurance for several months and only to discover that they deny EVERYTHING. I have had Endurance for about a year. The dealership entered two separate claims about a year apart for to different issues. In both cases they found a reason to deny the claims. I have come to realize they have a list of what the warranty covers and they have an even li ger list of reasons to deny claims. I will be getting rid of them when the next payment is due. I believe it is far better to open an account that doesn't get touched and put the money I was giving Endurance in said account. It will help to cover future car repairs and at some point enough money to put a down payment on a new car. This is the second warranty company I have dealt with and they were both the same.
My very first claim was denied. The mechanic shop was surprised as it was a legitimate claim. So I called Endurance to discuss my claim. The lady I spoke with told me it was not a covered repair! She would not elaborate and was very rude. She said it was in the contract. At that point I realized I had never received a copy of my contract. She said she would send one; and she did. After reading the contract, there it was, my part that failed was listed as a covered repair. I called Endurance a second time and was met by yet another rude lady who said the part was not covered. She said it wasn’t even though it was listed as a covered part. I tried to reason with her and even read that part of the contract to her but she was deaf ears. She spouted off some canned speech similar to the first person I spoke with but was speaking so fast I didn’t grasp most of it. Well, I read and reread my contract and the stipulations concerning claims. At that point I saw how they could deny practically all claims. That’s how I read it. In the meantime I spoke with my mechanic again and read exactly the part Endurance said was covered and he said that’s exactly what was replaced. I even called another mechanic shop and he agreed that was in fact the part! So, with clarification in hand I called Endurance a third time. I got another matter-of-fact rude person who said it wasn’t covered and that was that! If I had an opportunity to read the contract before signing up I NEVER would have! Their wording is very carefully crafted to make it easy for them to deny claims. For example: if your rear differential fails they will ask for maintenance records to see if your differential was serviced at the recommended mileage mad stated in your vehicles owners manual. If it goes out at 100,000 miles and you either did not service your differential at X miles or you had it serviced well beyond the recommended mileage they will probably deny your claim. I’m canceling my contract as I have no trust in Endurance! You’re not going to believe this this but you have to fill out their termination form AND HAVE IT NOTARIZED!!!!! I strongly believe this to be a tactic to make it difficult to cancel and hopefully some or most people will just forget it and keep the contract because going to a notary costs money and is a hassle. This further supports my view of Endurance being a scam in my opinion.
So far so good
I brought my truck in to get the air conditioning fixed they said I would have to pay so much money if they didn't approve it endurance came in and said they required a tear down which the mechanic shop told me I would have to pay for if they refuse to and that when they request a tear down they very seldom ever pay for it so in short it cost me $500 for absolutely nothing
DO NOT PURCHASE A WARRANTY WITH ENDURANCE! I am so upset with myself that I did not take the time to do my due diligence prior to purchasing not one, but two policies. I have to admit, being a Danica Patrick fan and watching the commercials, is what encouraged me to call endurance. I will admit that I agree with the positive reviews that state how friendly the sales people are and how relatively easy it is to PURCHASE THE POLICY..... however, from my experience, that's where the positives ended. I only had my policy for a short three months, but that was plenty long enough to learn that the company is more focused on NOT PAYING CLAIMS or reimbursements, rather than prioritizing customer service. My very first experience was a simple oil change. I received conflicting answers when I called asking if I needed preauthorization. One told me no, just send a copy of your paid receipt. Another told me I needed authorization first. I learned I could actually pay and get reimbursed. I received a correspondence stating she would forward the receipt to "Reimbursements". I waited a month and received no check. when I called, I spoke to a manager. He told me he did not see the paperwork. I referred him to my emails with the employee. He then advised me to re-submit my request, but warned me that I may not get paid because I only had 30 days to submit it; I SENT IN THE RECEIPT THE DAY AFTER THE WORK! When I asked him if he could speak with the woman I emailed, he told me he could not because she was on the phone. I then asked if he could email her, he repeated he could not because she was on the phone. I sent my own emails to that employee and never received a reply. My second experience was a claim denial. I read my policy when it was emailed. I CAUTION ANYONE PURCHASING, to make sure you know what policy you are buying. Obviously, this is common sense. BUT, the way the policy reads is misleading (I am certain it is intentional). There is a section that merely says, "PLUS". I have had several people review the document, and they all interpreted it the same way I did, that the policy was describing additional coverage to those described parts.... NOPE, "PLUS" is a completely different policy. On a side note, one employee told me he believed my truck should be covered but he needed some time to look further. He told me he would call me back in a half hour; It is now almost a week later, NO CALL. I could go on and on about the poor service, but I will make my last comments about the difficulty of canceling. THE ONLY WAY TO CANCEL IS TO HAVE A CANCELATION DOCUMENT EMAILED TO YOU..... AND, IT REQUIRES A NOTARY!! I will not go as far as saying the company is outright scam, but I will say they are misleading and shady. I hope this review helps anyone who is thinking of purchasing. You did a good job with my enrollment, you listen to me for what my needs where, thank you and continue the good work up.
This is by far the worst company to ever exist. They are a complete SCAM. I was out of pocket 20k. I ended up selling my car to never have to deal with them again. They will find any reason to deny your claim. There is a class action suit against them and look at the Facebook page with over 100k followers stating how horrible they are. The page is Endurance are LIARS!
This company is a Rip Off..I had my policy for over 8.5 months..and paid over $200 a month..Started with 53000 miles on my vehicle..I heard a noise in the real end and I filed a claim..luck had it my ac also went out at the same time I heard the rear end noise. Drove direct to my repair shop..they called endurance and held over 30 minutes to file a claim..Enduracne send a adjuster to look at vehicle three days later. The car was on the lift ,,the adjuster started saying , oh this is long term wear before he got underneath the car.. he saw dirt around differential where the oil change place had check ed the levels and they had let some fluid drip out and didn't wipe it clean and dirt had collected on it..The adjusted was rude to the repair shop and refused to answer any question ..the repair shop asked were they to proceed with repairs , and the adjuster replied ,you will find out.I called endurance and held for over 1.5 hours.finally some one answered..I ask why claim was denied..he said it was long term wear. I ask to define that ..he couldnt ..I ask him to send me in writing the reason for decline..he wouldnt..The repair shop called enduracne to get approval on the ac repair..she held for over 30 minutes and no answer..she had to give up..she had work to do and couldn't hold on the phone, she tried about 20 mins later..and no answer for another 20 mins..i was there in repair shop and i over heard he calls. I finally told her to forget it Id just pay the $400 for ac repair..she couldnt hold on the phone for ever . I called to cancel my policy and some girl in cancellation started to try and talk me into not cancelling. But i insisted on all the paperwork for cancellation. I also insisted it be emailed. So they couldn't say I didnt return it. I filled out and and had notarized and emailed it back.. About a week later I received a call from Will with endurance at 833 760 0386 ..he wanted to refund ALL my money if Id sign a release where I would not join any law suit or bad mouth endurance on social media.I had had this policy for over 8 .5 months an had paid over $200 a month for the best warranty they had per the fast talking salesman. I think his offer was somewhere around $ 1696.00 I told him to stick it..I was not going to quit bad mouthing them nor was I not going to agree to not sue them they are crooks. I have everything documented and all phone calls to them recorded..with lengthy hold times. I havent had time to file my personal suit, but I have joined in the class action suit..Ill wait and see what happens. They have so many bad complaints with some of the most ridiculous reasons for claim denial. Most of their adjusters are not technically or mechanically inclined..some were former Mc Donald employees. Check out facebook page endurance warranty are liars , and see all the complaints..they will take your money but not pay your claim.I think they pay just enough small claims to maintain their rating on this site.Keep in mind I had had this warranty for over 8 months when I took out warranty my mileage was 53000 miles , it had just ran out of factory mileage by 2 months not mileage..thats why I took this policy out because I knew the factory would be out , the car sit in garage a lot.I didnt even file a claim until over two months from the 30 day waiting period and nearly 2000 miles over the original mileage at time of warranty date. So if it had been long time or pre existing , I would have filed right after the 1000 miles Cadillac disagrees with their long term denial and they offerd me a hugh discount for repairs.... .Beware .run away this company is a rip off.I see a lot of post that people say , well I got some of my money back...ok..if you will send me $1000 , Ill be glad to give you back 30 percent of it when you file a claim that I dont have to pay..think about it..Its a scam.
I got great information about how Endurance works and how yall value your customer they explain it well
My experience was a great one. She went through everything at a understanding pace. Check all the options for me and did the same for the second vehicle as well.
I like Endurance because if you are going to pay, you may as well cover it all, just like buying a new car, not just someone who just covers pacific parts. My hardest thing for me is putting on 1000 miles ( hell, I only put on about 5500 miles a year. My truck, when I went to get it inspected, I was informed that I had only put on 32 miles last year. My reply was I didn't want to wear it out all in one trip ).
They gave me a good deal and the lady that I talk to she was so nice thank you.
Prompt customer service
Easy to extend the life of my car
While see how thing go when I need you. So fair good .
