Ecapial has got to be worst.

Ecapial has got to be the worst company I have ever seen. They suck. They can't do their job and if you have an issue you get told we are not able to help because we don't have that information when it's right in front of them. Piss poor attitude and always an excuse why they can't fund. No department knows what the next one is doing because no one shares any information about what is happening with your account. You have to call to find out what is going on every day, and then get told they are waiting on verification when its been verified for hours or days. They used to be good but no more since they moved everything to Canada. Run away from this place as fast as you can. Don't go here if you value your business. They cost me my fuel card use because they won't fund on time. Thanks a whole bunch all of you incompetent people.

Hidden fees that weren't mentioned at all. Also to transfer each invoice they have fees....and no one tell you about it. So from 3% its actually 5% all day long.

We give Ecapital a 5 stars due to the…

We give Ecapital a 5 stars due to the help our company has received after 3 months of a difficult and harsh Buyout between the prior factoring company that terminated our contract. We requested an Account manager change, to a bilingual one to accommodate the company needs, aside of the Lack of communication with the prior account manager (ghosted in occasions). Karime Flores was designated to us and it has been little bit more than a month working with her. Her patience, professionalism, work ethic and thrive to resolve (not create problems) has been That Clam after a difficult and stressful transition. She is in constant contact as needed and if she doesn't reply back that day, you’ll see the results next day. Always answers her line, keeps you updated if one day has passed and there has been no resolution, etc. I know a big company has to have a Team to play a their roll.. She plays hers well. From a 3 starts on a 3 month period, we Jumped to 5 in one month. Thank you Karime ! We appreciate you.

Unprofessional business practices

Unprofessional business practices, poor customer service, and refusal to honor my contract termination request. I signed up with Ecapital in 2022 and reached out on Nov 28, 2023, to terminate my contract before its January renewal. They failed to follow up with instructions for termination or how to pay the $750 buyout fee (yes...$750 just to leave). Since then, I’ve called and sent them a written cancellation notice to their contracting team, but they have not responded. Without my letter of release, other companies cannot pay me directly. What kind of company makes it this difficult to leave? This is completely absurd and unacceptable. Please just give me my release letter.

factoring

I can, as an owner operator I attest to what this company damages our industry, we, who risk ourselves every day to have the products in our homes. I ask that someone help us with this company that you cannot leave, in my case I have to pay $5000 plus $750 for not wanting to renew. Recently a broker did not pay them and they immediately made the decision to discount although they charge you 5% as a reserve in case something happens, a reserve that if you do not receive it in full, 1/3 is what they deposit, the rest disappears, they are immediately discounting it from me when they had said they would make an arrangement, I know they are going to say that they will contact me but that is a lie, they do not do it, I am going to make my account public every day for the rest of the year so that everyone can see the time they take with a single invoice even though the preparation for verification has already been done by me, my industry is hot shot, on all platforms I am going to make my account public every day. I am asking as an American citizen for someone to help us. If I cannot leave, I will definitely have to close my company. The equipment payments, insurance in FL, diesel and all the expenses we have as a company cannot be covered because they always have something to do with them. I did not have anyone who warned me about this company and I am very sorry that through them they want the companies that are here to be our last option to close it.

Horrible business practices

These people are horrible. Nothing but rip off artist. First, I'd like to talk about customer service. You always get someone who you can not understand or refer you to your account manager. Your account manager takes days get back to you. Now, the big problem is access of funds. Lost my card was on the road and took 2 weeks to get another card. Lastly, I have been out of the trucking industry for 5 months now. I've communicated this through email, phone with my account manager and customer service some how my contract renewed automatically. So the remaining funds in I still can not access. I was informed that if I cancel my contract prior to the renewal date . I have to pay $750 plus a $ 10,000 early termination fee, along with any other outstanding invoices. This a warning to not do business with these people . This is update after ecapital reply. The issue is still unresolved. I called now I got an offer to terminate my contract, waive all fees but keep the remaining $669.00 dollars that I have in my account. This a rip off no matter how you look at. This is literally money that I have earned over the road. And!!! ecapital already got paid for their service because they already charged a fee for factoring the BOL. So why should I pay another fee. The offer to terminate my contract and waive all others fees and charge the exact amount tharsin my account proves to me they refuse to release my funds. Yeah that will you see just me

Excellence in Customer Service

I work for a broker in Arizona and we use eCapital as our factoring company. Our representative is Marjorie Jacome. Marjorie goes above and beyond for me when I need her. We had some issues in December and some of our loads were factored late and of course a few carriers were not happy. I reached out to Marjorie on 3 different loads that were problematic and asked for her help getting these carriers paid in a timely manner. She was professional and got it done for me and carriers were pleased. It is important to know you have a business partner that will go the extra mile when it is needed. I am thankful for Marjorie and the fact that she really listens, understands and does what needs to be done. Thank you Marjorie!

Beware of Hidden Fees and Unfair Practices I would give this company half a star if I could. My experience with them has been nothing short of disappointing. When I started, I was promised a percentage of 2.75%, which has now increased to just 3.4%, but the real issue lies with their excessive fees. If your load pays anything under $1,050, you’re charged a $35 fee per load, which amounts to roughly 7-8% of your earnings. This feels like a major cut into your income, especially when you’re already working hard to make the numbers work. To make matters worse, they lock you into a contract and hit you with hefty fees if you try to leave. It’s a system that feels designed to take advantage of you, rather than support you. I strongly advise looking elsewhere if you value transparency and fair business practices. This review outlines your frustration with the company’s practices while also being clear about the specific issues. Let me know if you’d like any tweaks!

Ecapital la peor porqueria en faxtoraje…

Ecapital the worst crap in faxtoraje, liars and thieves, I do not recommend them and Steve Aguilera the worst representative, omitting things and does not solve anything, crap, the assistants who carry almost all your loads are of no use to help you, they blame everything on the system, they deduct your money in each load and in each shipment, do not make a contract with them, save yourself a lot of problems and inconvenience, corefun is better faxtory and does not steal your money, I recommend that one, I am trying to get out of the contract and they do not respond, they are crap Ecapital la peor porquería en faxtoraje, mentirosos y ladrones, no los recomiendo y Steve Aguilera el peor representante, omitiendo cosas y no soluciona nada, una porquería, los asistentes que llevan casi todas tus cargas no sirven para ayudarte, le echan la culpa de todo al sistema, te descuentan el dinero en cada carga y en cada envio, no hagas contrato con ellos, ahórrate muchos problemas y molestias, corefun es mejor faxtoraje y no te roba el dinero, te recomiendo ese, estoy tratando de salir del contrato y no responden, son una porquería
