I work for a broker in Arizona and we use eCapital as our factoring company. Our representative is Marjorie Jacome. Marjorie goes above and beyond for me when I need her. We had some issues in December and some of our loads were factored late and of course a few carriers were not happy. I reached out to Marjorie on 3 different loads that were problematic and asked for her help getting these carriers paid in a timely manner. She was professional and got it done for me and carriers were pleased. It is important to know you have a business partner that will go the extra mile when it is needed.
