This review is on Darlene Desjarlais: Ms. Desjarlais is extremely professional, calm and hard working. I believed that all paperwork steps went through her, but took me a while that there's several desk and individuals desk/computer it actually goes across; with that stated Ms. Desjarlais does not just deal with her portion of her assignments she tracks the answers to each question or finds the individual and circulates emails etc. MS. DESJARLAIS GOES THE EXTRA MILE AND BEYOND. I strongly recommend Ms. Desjarlais be promoted into a supervisory position she definitely is an asset to eCapital. Extremely dedicated to her craft with a great attitude as well.

I wish I could give Dylan Druer at Ecapital 100 stars for working hard to make things happen for our company. He really listens and works hard to do what it takes to help our business run smoothly. No tienen el mejor servicio al cliente, creo que deberían mejorar la comunicación respecto a cuando hay alguna situación con el invoice, en mi caso tengo que estar preguntando porque la carga fue negada porque esto y porque lo otro, tengo que comunicarme con el broker yo y mover el proceso porque no creo que ellos como que hacen lo posible para pagar lo mas pronto posible, demasiados fees a parte del porcentaje acordado, y hace poco me entere de un minimo de carga en valor a subir y si es menos que eso tambien te cobran un fee aparte de los ya cobrados, cosa que no esta en mi contrato vigente, mi contrato se vence y tengo que enviar una carta notificandolo con antelacion que me parece bien pero tambien debo irme sin ningun balance pero no puedo dejar de subir cargas con ellos hasta el ultimo momento, ademas cobran otro fee $750 solamente por querer irme, yo la verdad no recomiendo esta compania.

Jack Kerr is about the best eCapital member I’ve delt with. The issue I’ve had with eCapital is not being able to understand my teammate. Once I got switched to Jack, everything has been so much better. While on the phone with him , is there’s an issue he seem to handle it while you wait instead of calling you back .
