Not good communication i tried to reach customer service and they don't answer
I started with 2.75% then it went up to 3.95% In addition you still need to request ruch funding if you need your money same day it cost additional 1% each invoice processing is $ 2 and another $ 9 to get funds to your bank account together is 5% everything
When Bailey reached out about factoring with eCapital I was told no contract and no fees. The first invoice huge fees were taken. I asked about the fees. Apparently "one time fees that must have slipped my mind", then to move it to my bank account was another fee. Bailey will not answer calls or respond to emails. Fees and contracts are fine when a person is upfront about them but to say there aren't any and then be told it must have slipped my mind being a typical sales man.
They revew and pay quickly. Nice service
We had a rough start off, but it was because of the hurricane hitting in my town, the eCapital team pulled together to make it happen for us - so all thanks to them for their hard work! Abegail is a sweetheart! Steve is the best! So far so good.

If I could give a 0 I would. Not happy at all with Alex Sanchez he is a sales Specialist. At the beginning when we were about to begin with them everything was ok he would call us and reply to our emails . Now HE DOESNT ANSWER OR REPLY OUR EMAILS AT ALL AT ALL. It is very unprofessional as soon as he convinced us to moved to Ecapital then no more answers from him . I was better off with TAFS .
eCapital factory company is nothing but a con factory company people need to stay away from , from 2.75% to 3.65% and they charge additional $35 for ticket submitted, the worse thing they do is to tell you they mistakenly credit ur cash account and charge you more then what they said they mistakenly put in ur cash account , bunch of thieves sitting down somewhere ripping people of their hard earned money,Have been trying to reach out to the contract department for over three months now we reply or call back . Am sure you guys are aware of how bad the truck industry is in today’s market .ECapital is making it worse for business to survive .if you looking for company to work with please stay away from them .most of the good reviews you read up their are from them . I like the two people we’ve spoken to so far, they’re nice and helpful. However, the regular customer service line is full of the worst and stereotypical “mean girls” who hate their job. We switched to eCapital from our old factoring company since they’d no longer work for the west coast. Trying to do simple things have been the hardest, and again, the customer service phone line is awful.
