Great communication

I joined Ecapital for factoring about 4 months ago, it has been the worst decision I ever made. I have had the worst experience with these people. Very terrible customer service, delaying funding which in turn costs me on cash flow, takes for ever to verify loads (can only verify with ancount payable, whatever etc), Account managers ignore calls, emails. Just the worst way to do business. And when I decide I want to leave, they ignore my numerous requests to get letter of release. My small business is failing because of these people and at the moment I don’t know what to do

Tube o tengo una mala experiencia con esta compañía que me engañaron diciendo que pagan en dos días las cargas y duran como 4 días y ademas me pusieron cargos escondidos , luego luego me cobraron un aproximado de 200 dlrs mas 3 dlrs por papeleo y pues no pensé que fueran tan l….. pero ya me robaron.

Horrible they always keep 500 forever . It costas 50,000 to get out of contract. Michael Tuzi or Mrs Glenda Jackson never verified Bol with brokers. Said they couldn’t for 2 weeks.. I their line of credit and fuel advances was a joke. 20% interest line of credit. No fuel advance. Send load on Tuesday won’t get paid for 7-10 days…. Don’t do it!!!!!!!

Worst company ever avoid at all costs

For start i have to thanks Alex this guy went to the extreme with me to make sure that i have everything i cant thank you enough and the team they went beyond to finish set me up. If you choose E Capital you choosing one of the best if not the best.

The capital is a piece of s*** company .These people take their time responding. I've been trying to get in touch with someone in the contract department for over 3 months. No damn body bothered to call me back but they sure know how to collect your money and anybody who's thinking about using them. Be very careful because they will try to trap you in a contract and they trapped me. Don't be a fool like I was.........They contacted me but they still trapped me in a contract that I didn't want to be in. Even though my contract was due up in 3 days, they wanted me to pay $750 to cancel the contract that ain't no good......... Oh my God, after you've been sitting on my load 115 days now it's my fault you didn't get paid from a broker that you had registered as a grade a payer. It's also my fault I couldn't get out of the contract because that 115 day old bill broker hasn't paid because you got somebody sitting on their ass not doing their job. Look I already realized you got me trapped. I ain't got no choice but to deal with it. I'm just letting people know exactly how y'all are before they find their self in the same boat

La compañía es muy buena , pero creo que en lo particular hay un plus y es con la atención de Jorge Cruz representante de Ventas es muy eficiente y siempre está para cualquier duda y pregunta que tengas , saludos

I was with ECapital, the original one before this Canadian company, bought them, much better service had same rep for years, now I have gone threw 7 different ones, and they just get worse as it goes, wish they whould get there shit together.

This factory ecapital are scammers be careful fellas they file ucc on me with out me doing any business w them randy redler that is scamming people stay away from this company no good no good no good

Absolutely awful customer service and the amount of games that the sales guy played was awful along with cheating us out of a few things.

Get rid of the cards,... What's the point in having direct deposit if you're gonna put it on a card?

wanted to give negative. complete scam, nothing else, don’t even think of these guys,, all the positive reviews seems to be false. Do the research and you will find out. These guys need to be imprisoned for scamming. the agents are biggest lier trying to hook up, we dealt with a guy Harsh.At the end he has completely vanished., and they start low and keep increasing the rates and time period. you will end up loosing business

I’m not even signed with them but the reviews are horrible. Stay Away As You have been warned by driver after driver after driver!!!! Thx you drivers for telling me to stay away!!!

He was available to answer all questions and available to help out with any matter. He guided me from the beginning and we feel in good hands. The system is very straightforward and the team is so hands on. We really appreciate your availability and your customer service. Glad we are in business with ECapital. Such a great experience.
