I have been with eCapital for 3 years now, and mostly the experience has been good. The portal needs some help as it has been messing up since you switched to the new system. We are not a big company so when you can't send money or put loads in to get funded its hard to keep trucks moving. My account manager Ruth DuPlessis has always helped in those situation going above the call of duty. If for some reasons she doesn't know the answer to a situation she will find way to get it resolved. I commend her for her performance at eCapital. Also the chat is a good tool for when your account manager is at lunch or not there for the day. You can get good responses there.
