eCapital tiene muchos trabajadores sin experiencia o gente que simplemente no quiere hacer bien su trabajo. en 3s anos con ellos he tenido infinidad de account managers y problemas con mi cuenta cada semana. Prácticamente cada mes me cambiaban de manager y es un dolor de cabeza. las ultimas managers encargadas de mi cuenta an sido las mejores y mas trabajadoras encargadas que me an tocado que gracias a ellas no he cancelado mi contrato con eCapital. Especialmente Karime Flores.

Imagine booking a load Monday morning, drive for 3 days east, arrive Thursday at the shipper, hustle for them to unload, get all pertinent paperwork ready, signed BOL, scanned properly, photos of trailer and submit all of it that same night. Go to bed planning that next day you’ll be funded by ECapital only to wake up to $0 in your cash account. You calm yourself down and call to see what’s the reason for non purchase. After waiting in hold for a good 10 minutes, you get hold of Funding Assistance rep, her or she puts you on hold for another 15 minutes, then comes back with a response like “this load is going through the verification process, it should clear in the next 20 minutes and it’ll get purchased, don’t worry about it” an hour past, no funding, again, you call back, only this time you ask to speak to your account manager. Straight to voice mail, no call back! You keep trying and trying, go through Funding Assistance again, same answer! Before you know it, you get the famous recording “you’ve reached ECapital after normal working hours…” Your whole world comes crumbling, you’re 2500 miles away from home, cash strapped, fuel bill to pay, if not paid, they’ll deactivate your fuel card. Probably you have insurance bill due or mortgage.. Now, imagine this story keeps happening every week, with every load and instead of one truck, you have 6 or 7. Drivers are expecting their pay, banks their monthly payments, fuel company their weekly invoice… This is ECapital in a nutshell! It gotten so bad that one supervisor advised me on how to break my contact with them. Only explanation i have, this company is cash strapped. Keep away!

We’ve been factoring with ECapital for over two years now. Now that we have the right account manager, Dylan Druer, we couldn’t be happier. The verification dept. could use some adjusting but other than that we are content and appreciative to have their services.

Its starts with 1.9 or 2% just to get you to sign the contract than it goes up to 6% and you can’t do anything because you signed the contract. If you want to leave them they will ask between $7k to $20k to pay for termination fee! Stay away from them!!

Over all i give Ecapital 5 stars especially Danny Steward is my account manager and he is very professional to deal with a foreigners ,different English. He is very claim person and pay a deep attention to solve any issues i see,I know when I mention this Truckers or Carriers like to work with him a lot .you desire more than 5 stars sir,keep up a good work and thanks alot too for work with you during this 2 years :)

Danny Stewart, my account manager is a great person to work with he got answers, and he got solutions to problems. if there is a 10 star, I would give him that, eCapital is an excellent factoring company to work with. I will surely recommend eCapital
