Just to let you know: the DJI Action 5 Pro is NOT truly waterproof as advertised. I bought mine in Brazil through a reseller, I used 1 time it under the claimed limits (under 20 m, no drops, no misuse). Still, it got water damage because of a factory sealing defect ,confirmed by the official DJI service. Now It's charging me 261 Euros for the repare it! Even with warranty!!!! It's UNBELIEVABLE Be careful what you trust when they claim “waterproof” if you buy outside your region, you’re basically left alone when things go wrong. HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!
I like Dji! Is a good company,quality stuff but 1 thing i hate the most. I would like to buy gimbel for phone but I’m stopped because i have to use that Dji Mimo so i can use all the features of the gimbel.. In that app i can not film HDR with the phone, i don’t have control over the mic’s ,focus etc.. what is the point of forcing us to use that app if is that bad? You can improve it or let us to use whatever filming apps we want for our phones.So simple.
I recently purchased the DJI Power 1000 Solar Panel & Car Power Combo items list includes the below items as listed on there website (Additionally includes one 120W Solar Panel, one Car Power Outlet to SDC Power Cable (12V/24V), one DJI Power Solar Panel Adapter Module (MPPT) and one DJI Power 1000 Protective Storage Bag to recharge the DjI Power series via car charger or solar power.) After purchasing I received an email of the items purchased and included in the deal for £799 and noticed that the one DJI Power Solar Panel Adapter Module (MPPT) was not listed on the break down after speaking with customer service they informed me that even though it is listed as INCLUDED on there website as part of the deal this item apparently is not included and expect me to purchase this in addition you can not sell a customer a item and change what items are included after purchase !!!! Please avoid being scammed with this currant deal if I do not receive the listen item as stated on there website as park of the deal I will be sending all items back and buying a eco flow power station instead

I've been dealing with DJI Support since Feb 17 over a serious issue where my drone crashed after a sudden and abnormal battery drain (from 39% to 11% in under 3 minutes). Despite 50+ email exchanges, DJI continues to avoid responsibility. They refuse to provide any official battery performance report for real-world conditions, especially in wind—even though they use these as the reason for denial. When asked for test results or worst-case flight endurance, they admit no such data exists, yet still deny warranty. DJI advertises 34–39 mins of flight time, but those are lab-only numbers. No real-world disclosures. Their final reply says the decision "cannot be changed" without any proof. This has been a frustrating and time-wasting experience, with copy-paste responses and no escalation path. Be cautious if you expect post-sales support or accountability from DJI. ------------------------>>>>>>>>>>>>>------------------- [UPDATE: 7 Days Later] Still no response from DJI despite saying they’ll follow up on this review. This matches my ongoing support experience—slow and generic replies. My issue is still unresolved. Disappointed.

I bought an DJI Osmo Action 2 camera, it lasted barely two years with very little use—hundreds of pounds wasted on kit! REPLY 1. I won't turn on. REPLY 2. I've already tried everything you suggested, the unit is completely dead, and I wouldn't be prepared to spend any more money on this unit by sending it back.

Company that sells good products, but provides rubbish support and software. I purchased DJI Mic 2, for Motovlogging, and was surprised that there is no way to adjust the gain / settings on the DJI MIC 2, without Receiver or Osmo 4 / 5 cam. Why not? I should be able to control the settings on the product I purchased in a standalone mode, or while connected to my phones (iOS / Android). Disappointing. Looking forward to see DJI being forgotten by the world. Rubbish support.

On May 21st, I was filming over water using my DJI Mini 4K. Upon completing the shoot, I initiated the Return-to-Home (RTH) function. However, instead of returning to the designated home point, the drone unexpectedly flew off course and landed in the water. Confused by the incident, I immediately contacted DJI support on the same day to report the issue. On May 22nd, DJI responded and requested the serial number, proof of purchase, flight log data, and the date and time of the incident. I provided the requested information on May 23rd. Following an investigation by DJI's engineering team, it was determined that the malfunction was due to a fault in the aircraft. As a result, DJI confirmed on May 26th that they would be sending a replacement unit. I received the replacement drone on May 29th at my doorstep. I sincerely appreciate DJI’s prompt and professional customer support, as well as their commitment to standing behind their products.

I work with technology, I am a seller for 13 years in a well knowned electronics shop, we sell a lot of DJI.. I usually only recommend DJI products, but since my last experience it will be hard... Bought a DJI Mini 3 last week, I fly with it 2 times only. On the second flight it totally lost control, I was flying in a controlled space near home and crashed at a very slow speed into a wooden door, almost hurting a friend of mine. Never seen something so fragile, the drone instantly stoped working properly, broked one of the propellers and doesn't work anymore. It costed me 379€ with a lot of effort, and with a minor collision and fall (1,5m) it instantly broke. The store were I bought it says its damage from my side and that DJI will charge me, which isn't fair. The drone was properly set and configured right, but was totally out of control when it crashed. It stoped responding properly, and I think that it isn't fair to pay even more when I used the drone correctly, even more being a DJI user and seller. I lost plenty of credibility in the brand, since It was a really really minor collision and fall.. it was against a wooden door at very low speed, the drone was almost stoped neared the door, but became unresponsive and went against it. Can't DJI help me in some way? 😕 Or with a coupon to buy a new one, or replacing this unit. You can see the footage of the fall, and check the serial number. Please help since I struggled a lot to buy this, and it isn't fair because the drone malfunctioned. Aircraft serial number 1581F5YHX253C00352JR Activated 3 days ago. Bought in Portugal, at a Fnac store.

I've been using DJI drones since 2015 and have had issues with the drones and DJI customer services ever since. Bad customer service when reporting faults with my drones, denial of faults with the Inspire series. Telling the multiple issues with the Mavic 3 pro were built in as part of the design, including gimbal issues, altitude gaining when flying straight. There's so much to unravel here. The latest one that caused me to write this review was the misinformation purchasing the M4Pro. The drone was supposed to arrive within 3 days. 10 days later it's still not here and I am leaving the location it should have been sent too. Customer service also say they can't guarantee the delivery date, despite the website stating an arrival date of 3 days!

Despite the fact that im a customer who has multiple DJI products and never had a bad experience until now showed me that these companies don’t care how long you’re a customer. I ordered a drone for my work which i later returned in another city. I was in that city at that point so it was the best option at that moment. Now DJI doesn’t want to refund me because my drop off location is to far from my home? This is clearly a violation and i will use a lawyer if needed. They have said so many things they didn’t do and it is actually ridiculous. - I submitted a return request and received approval. - I returned the product using the provided shipping label. - The package was delivered to your designated return facility. - The product was in its original condition and returned within the eligible time frame. - UPS has concluded its investigation and confirmed proof of delivery. - Your logistics team previously stated the item would be shipped back to me, which has not happened. - I requested photos of the alleged "damaged aircraft" and have yet to receive any. They even tried to put a lie out that the aircraft was damaged and this the reason was my return was declined AFTER ups confirmed my return. This just felt like they are trying to rob me from my money so this is definitely the last time im ordering from DJI even though i was a loyal customer. Edit 1: My number is CAS-22063987-G9Z8S2. I already sent out multiple emails to April and she told me the logistics was working on an investigation even though there is nothing else to investigate. None of these emails has been answered and this is starting to look like DJI is just searching for a way so they won’t have to give me back my money. There is no reason for DJI to withhold my refund. My order number is 0310632816495. Edit 2: Till this day the problem still isn’t resolved. The customer service keeps telling me about their logistics and how they are waiting for answers. Meanwhile there is only 1 answer and that is for me to get my money back because there has been no violations made on my end. I followed every instruction and did everything on time. Ive been fighting this for months now and it is getting ridiculous now!
