Please Help DJI. My mini 3 broke in 2 days

I work with technology, I am a seller for 13 years in a well knowned electronics shop, we sell a lot of DJI.. I usually only recommend DJI products, but since my last experience it will be hard... Bought a DJI Mini 3 last week, I fly with it 2 times only. On the second flight it totally lost control, I was flying in a controlled space near home and crashed at a very slow speed into a wooden door, almost hurting a friend of mine. Never seen something so fragile, the drone instantly stoped working properly, broked one of the propellers and doesn't work anymore. It costed me 379€ with a lot of effort, and with a minor collision and fall (1,5m) it instantly broke. The store were I bought it says its damage from my side and that DJI will charge me, which isn't fair. The drone was properly set and configured right, but was totally out of control when it crashed. It stoped responding properly, and I think that it isn't fair to pay even more when I used the drone correctly, even more being a DJI user and seller. I lost plenty of credibility in the brand, since It was a really really minor collision and fall.. it was against a wooden door at very low speed, the drone was almost stoped neared the door, but became unresponsive and went against it. Can't DJI help me in some way? 😕 Or with a coupon to buy a new one, or replacing this unit. You can see the footage of the fall, and check the serial number. Please help since I struggled a lot to buy this, and it isn't fair because the drone malfunctioned. Aircraft serial number 1581F5YHX253C00352JR Activated 3 days ago. Bought in Portugal, at a Fnac store.
