DJI ACTION 5 PRO

Just to let you know: the DJI Action 5 Pro is NOT truly waterproof as advertised. I bought mine in Brazil through a reseller, I used 1 time it under the claimed limits (under 20 m, no drops, no misuse). Still, it got water damage because of a factory sealing defect ,confirmed by the official DJI service. Now It's charging me 261 Euros for the repare it! Even with warranty!!!! It's UNBELIEVABLE Be careful what you trust when they claim “waterproof” if you buy outside your region, you’re basically left alone when things go wrong. HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!

Dji products are good! Dji Mimo app is shit!

I like Dji! Is a good company,quality stuff but 1 thing i hate the most. I would like to buy gimbel for phone but I’m stopped because i have to use that Dji Mimo so i can use all the features of the gimbel.. In that app i can not film HDR with the phone, i don’t have control over the mic’s ,focus etc.. what is the point of forcing us to use that app if is that bad? You can improve it or let us to use whatever filming apps we want for our phones.So simple.

DJI Power 1000 con

I recently purchased the DJI Power 1000 Solar Panel & Car Power Combo items list includes the below items as listed on there website (Additionally includes one 120W Solar Panel, one Car Power Outlet to SDC Power Cable (12V/24V), one DJI Power Solar Panel Adapter Module (MPPT) and one DJI Power 1000 Protective Storage Bag to recharge the DjI Power series via car charger or solar power.) After purchasing I received an email of the items purchased and included in the deal for £799 and noticed that the one DJI Power Solar Panel Adapter Module (MPPT) was not listed on the break down after speaking with customer service they informed me that even though it is listed as INCLUDED on there website as part of the deal this item apparently is not included and expect me to purchase this in addition you can not sell a customer a item and change what items are included after purchase !!!! Please avoid being scammed with this currant deal if I do not receive the listen item as stated on there website as park of the deal I will be sending all items back and buying a eco flow power station instead

Payé non livré. Dénouement positif grâce à Trustpilot

J'avais acheté du matériel en faisant un virement qui avait été encaissé. 10 jours après le virement, ma commande n'était toujours pas traitée et était soi disant toujours en attente de virement. Ils étaient injoignables. Mon avis sur Trustpilot a permis de les faire réagir et ce jour j'ai enfin reçu ma commande. En axe d'amélioration, cette entreprise doit absolument mettre en place à minima un lien mail sur leur site pour faciliter le contact en cas de problème sans avoir recours à un tiers.

Sent my DJI O4 Air Unit for repair

Sent my DJI O4 Air Unit for repair. Instead of fixing it, they claimed it had physical damage (which it didn’t), kept my cable and adapter board, and offered to sell me a “discounted” replacement for more than it costs locally. On top of that, they refused to return my original unit. Absolute scammy behaviour. If you’re from the UK, avoid sending your device to their EU repair center — they’ll just keep it. CAS-22088807-Z3J9Z7 UPDATE – May 12th DJI has responded, labeling my O4 Air Unit as a "total loss" and offering a 15% discount for a replacement. Unfortunately, their assessment is misleading and fails to address the real issue. They noted the USB-C port as faulty — yet I connected the unit to DJI Assistant 2 and even updated the firmware before sending it in. The real issue was corrupted NAND memory, which only affects recording, not the core FPV functionality — and they didn’t even diagnose this. They also marked the camera and cable as "missing." I intentionally did not send the camera, as it’s securely soft-mounted in the drone canopy, and removing it risks damaging the shock-absorbing mount or losing the small rubber dampeners. This has nothing to do with the issue reported. As for the cable, I did send it, and it includes the MIPI-to-camera adapter board, which is a critical and hard-to-find part. Without this adapter, I cannot even connect the camera to another unit. If DJI keeps this cable, they are effectively making my entire system useless. I never consented to any part removal or to scrapping. I do not accept the repair offer, and I expect my original unit and cable returned at no cost. This is not about the money — it's about proper customer service and respecting property. DJI, please step up. Update: Reached an agreement After further communication, including a direct phone call, I was offered a replacement unit at approximately half the regular market price. While not an ideal resolution, it represents a form of compromise that I was willing to accept. A word of caution to other European customers: avoid purchasing DJI products from Chinese retailers if you live in the EU/UK. These units aren’t covered by the local warranty and may have to be shipped to Hong Kong for service, which complicates the entire process.

Please, please, please do not use DGI Only Will a technical service absolutely horrid their batteries do not hold life past the one year warranty I’ve had four batteries. You do not get this type of service with other drone makes Dji is an absolute fake, con artist and scammers

DJI MIMO = Mimo ist mindestens obsolet

DJI MIMO Schlechteste App der ich bisher begegnet bin. Offenbar nur ein Interface zum Shop. Verbindet sich nicht mit angeschlossenem Gerät, sondern öffnet einen Dateimanager. Benutzerunfreundlicher Mist, Kundenverarsche.

Refund process taking too long

Ordered DJI Osmo pocket 3 directly from dji. Then realized it is going to take too long to get it so I bought it locally. Then logically I wanted a refund due to not needing it anymore. It is now 22 days since I have claimed a refund. Today I received email that it is going to take 14 MORE DAYS. This is a joke. 36 days to send me my money back? Really?? EDIT: I recieved money one day after writing this bad review. Coincidence? No idea but in the end it took them around 24 days to process my refund and return my money. Thanks DJI.

Fobbed off until the drone is out of…

Fobbed off until the drone is out of warranty, then simply ignored by DJI. My Mini Pro 4 is wasted - It simply does not fly and the cost of it is 100% wasted. After purchasing 5 x DJI drones over 3 years, and being a fully qualified competent pilot,,,,, this is DJI's support system. Support ticket number: CAS-21971356-D7V4V8 RMS:NO20250430000SS Dear DJI, We do not have access to windows only Mac - we have stated this already. The Problems with the DJI Mini 4 Pro + RC 2 Controller Since NEW 1 - The is showing updated to 1.16.0 but the screen on the RC2 Controller will not show new UPDATE HOME POINT on the main screen. (see attached screen shot) 2 - The RC2 Controller will not connect to iphone (see attached photo) so cannot quick transfer videos , files etc. 3 - The RC2 screen continually shows STORAGE FULL when it's not full and has been reset and re-formatted several times...... Please Advise Dear Customer, Greetings from DJI Technical Support. This is Danny and this is a follow-up email with regards to the conversation you had with me regarding your DJI RC 2. Regarding the storage full. I recommend you to connect DJI RC 2 to your computer to clear the files. If there's any sd card inserted to the remote controller, you can remove and replace the sd card with a new one or you can use the sd card reader to connect to the computer to clear the files. Extremely Frustrating Customer Support…

Extremely Frustrating Customer Support Experience I’ve been a DJI customer for over three years and have always taken great care of my equipment. I currently own the DJI Mini 3 Pro with an active DJI Care Refresh plan, which I paid for to ensure peace of mind. Unfortunately, my recent experience has been anything but peaceful. After sending in my drone for a second replacement (due to overheating and other technical issues), DJI is now asking me to provide proof of purchase, the product name, the serial number, and even the shipping receipt — all of which had already been provided through their own chat support at the time of dispatch. Even worse, the previous unit had already been replaced by DJI themselves, and they issued new serial numbers for the drone, controller, and batteries. So why am I being asked to prove I own something they themselves replaced? It's been over a week since I sent the drone in, and I still haven’t received any confirmation of delivery or progress. I’ve had to resend documents that DJI should already have in their own system. This back-and-forth shows a clear lack of coordination between departments, and it feels like the burden of proof is unfairly placed on the customer — even when the process was initiated by DJI support themselves. I’m genuinely disappointed. I expected better from a company of this size and reputation. If you're thinking about paying for DJI Care, think twice — it's not the smooth, worry-free process they advertise.
