Super Fast Resolution

On May 21st, I was filming over water using my DJI Mini 4K. Upon completing the shoot, I initiated the Return-to-Home (RTH) function. However, instead of returning to the designated home point, the drone unexpectedly flew off course and landed in the water. Confused by the incident, I immediately contacted DJI support on the same day to report the issue. On May 22nd, DJI responded and requested the serial number, proof of purchase, flight log data, and the date and time of the incident. I provided the requested information on May 23rd. Following an investigation by DJI's engineering team, it was determined that the malfunction was due to a fault in the aircraft. As a result, DJI confirmed on May 26th that they would be sending a replacement unit. I received the replacement drone on May 29th at my doorstep. I sincerely appreciate DJI’s prompt and professional customer support, as well as their commitment to standing behind their products.
