Just to let you know: the DJI Action 5 Pro is NOT truly waterproof as advertised. I bought mine in Brazil through a reseller, I used 1 time it under the claimed limits (under 20 m, no drops, no misuse). Still, it got water damage because of a factory sealing defect ,confirmed by the official DJI service. Now It's charging me 261 Euros for the repare it! Even with warranty!!!! It's UNBELIEVABLE Be careful what you trust when they claim “waterproof” if you buy outside your region, you’re basically left alone when things go wrong. HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!
I like Dji! Is a good company,quality stuff but 1 thing i hate the most. I would like to buy gimbel for phone but I’m stopped because i have to use that Dji Mimo so i can use all the features of the gimbel.. In that app i can not film HDR with the phone, i don’t have control over the mic’s ,focus etc.. what is the point of forcing us to use that app if is that bad? You can improve it or let us to use whatever filming apps we want for our phones.So simple.
I recently purchased the DJI Power 1000 Solar Panel & Car Power Combo items list includes the below items as listed on there website (Additionally includes one 120W Solar Panel, one Car Power Outlet to SDC Power Cable (12V/24V), one DJI Power Solar Panel Adapter Module (MPPT) and one DJI Power 1000 Protective Storage Bag to recharge the DjI Power series via car charger or solar power.) After purchasing I received an email of the items purchased and included in the deal for £799 and noticed that the one DJI Power Solar Panel Adapter Module (MPPT) was not listed on the break down after speaking with customer service they informed me that even though it is listed as INCLUDED on there website as part of the deal this item apparently is not included and expect me to purchase this in addition you can not sell a customer a item and change what items are included after purchase !!!! Please avoid being scammed with this currant deal if I do not receive the listen item as stated on there website as park of the deal I will be sending all items back and buying a eco flow power station instead

Bought the Mavic 3 combo kit in 2022! After 6 weeks of use I had an accident and it required sending back to the official dealer for a broken propeller arm and motor - the only other damage were scratches to the upper panel. They surreptitiously sent a completely different DUD unit back to me without saying they had swapped it for my one - and CHARGED ME FOR REPAIRS THAT WERE NEVER DONE. The replacement unit was a complete piece of junk: the gimbal was out of alignment and could not be corrected, it continuously broke connection at distances as little as 200m, and the GPS unit didn't work the way it had on my drone. And eventually while trying to document local flooding with it, lost signal, supposedly went into RTH mode, turned and headed straight for a powerline - despite it being in a completely different direction to where the home point was. The drone was a right off. The official DJI store have refused to acknowledge their responsibility in giving me a completely worthless and non-functioning piece of junk as a replacement. They never told us that it was a replacement and not my own drone that was returned - despite the DIFFERENT SERIAL NUMBERS. DJI have done nothing to help us but continuously refer us to the original dishonest official store who have refused to do anything - despite still having the flight logs, etc - to show that their 'replacement' was not properly functioning. I've been left out of pocket and without the drone I paid a lot of money for, since November 2022!!!! 3 YEARS!!! We obviously also have lost any potential revenue we would have earned in actually using the thing, since it wasn't bought to be a toy. No doubt DJI will try to do a crass attempt at PR with a reply asking for details, etc for their 'team' to take a look. Been there, done that, multiple times before and you have refused to take responsibility and do the right thing and just keep referring us back to scammers that YOU list as OFFICIAL DJI outlets. YOU DJI are the ones who endorse YOUR official outlets and expose people to treatment like this. Do you want to have your money taken from you like this by DJI, be left without a working product and without your investment like this? We are out of pocket by nearly $3000 - you may loose much more depending on the product you are scammed into buying.

I’ve had nothing but great experience with DJI. I don’t know why they have 2.5 stars but this does NOT reflect the quality of their products or service at all. I own 6 products from them, 3 of them cameras, and we use them for our business and filming content. Great products, great service. No complaints.

I had a problem with a Mavic 3 that DJI could not fix over 8 months and a problem with Terra that they also could not only not fix but could not identify where the problem was. They have now introduced the Mavic 4, do the customer support for the Mavic 3 will fall off a cliff. After reviewing my Mavic 3 DJI said they would look into it. That resulted in just another letter. I am going to get a Mavic 4 just to test it. Why should consumers be left feeling cheated by these companies. I will post a review once I tested it. The customer care team, or so called took 8 months to do nothing. Please see this. The reply from DJI is so misleading. They have done nothing

Die Kamera ist hui, aber der Support und das ganze drumherum eher pfui. Trotz dessen, dass ich mit meiner Kamera (Osmo Action 5 Pro) zufrieden bin, wollte ich sie verkaufen, weil mir doch etwas die Zeit fehlt. Wie auch immer, weder über die Website, noch über die Mimo App ist es möglich die Kamera vom eigenen Konto zu lösen. Was für ein Offenbarungseid. Aber immerhin wird mir auf der Website überall aufgezeigt, wo ich Geld ausgeben darf, kann und auch sollte.

Am update on android knocked the app out and now I can't fly the drone . Been in touch via email and phone and just getting turned in circles. Every time they ask for something I'll send it until there's something you can't provide due to not being able to access the app and then they've got you . Been offered a £50 off coupon for the amount of inconvenience caused which would've been nice but so far every time I ask for the link I get told we'll send you it in 24hrs , that's was 96hrs ago and still it gets ignored.The company is a joke and you pay premium price but get zero customer service and out right lies to. Stay clear . I've now how a reply of send over the RC firmware from the controller. This is not the major issue as yet again you're not coming forward with the £50 off coupon that has been previously offered. Why is it so hard to get the coupon you've said you will give . The fix that you have said will work is irrelevant as I'm not using a spare phone as a screen but km still waiting for the coupon . Come in DJI stick to your word

I have nothing against their products, I've had the phantom 4 pro, mini 3 pro and now Air 3 pro. The main issue I have with DJI is that they're unwilling to add LOG profile to it, instead we get LOG-M which barely does anything. What does this mean for us? We have to buy a mavic 4 pro that costs more than double than the air 3 but we can't fly it in rural areas since it's over 900g. The Air 3 is more than capable to harness LOG but they just won't add it. EDIT: See the response below from DJI claiming that the "M" stands for Mavic which is absolute bogus. The mavic doesn't have D-Log M, it has proper D-Log. The Mini and the Air all have D-Log M but not regular d-log.

Tried to cop a osmo pocket 3. Waited 1 month before they ship. Then package got lost, I can understand that it could happens. But then it's been 3 weeks and I'm still waiting for a refund. They first says it's processing then slate case in under investigation. It's a shame for such a big company like DJI to act like this. EDIT: I indeed my product, but it was delivered 200km away of the delivery adress. Poor service from DHL and poor customer service from DJI. The package was here since more than 3 weeks. If DJI would have taken the issue seriously, it would have been fixed since weeks.

Le service DJI est très réactif de la réception au devis et à l’envoie d’un nouveau drone ou j’ai rien payer car il était encore sous garantie et l’envoi de mon drone a l’envoi du nouveau drone il c’est écouler 7jours ouvrable du coup je recommande DJI
