Please stay away. I regret not reading reviews before purchasing. They lure you in witj false ads and its a different story once you make payment. Ad on laptop says order will be delivered in 5-7 days. Get an email 2days later saying order now due in 3-4weeks cos they ran out of stock and need to customise another one. I called to cancel and ask for refund because the timeline for delivery was too long. First person I spoke to apologised, saying because its their fault, a refund will approved and be back in my card within a few days. Spoke to someone else a different day who says give us 48-72hrs and all will be resolved. 72hrs later a different person had another excuse about the refund saying it still needs approval. They keep pushing me around with excuses refusing to refund a product is yet to leave their factory, delibrately delaying till they ship the Laptop. Dont waste your time or money. You are better off paying the extra cost at apple for a premium product. These people are terrible. Avoid Lenovo.

I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience with Lenovo. I placed an order on the 20th and contacted customer support through the website’s chat feature right after. I was connected to a representative named Janvi, who told me that my order was on hold and asked if I wanted to confirm it so it could proceed. I clearly told him to keep it on hold because I needed time to decide if I wanted a better machine. I even asked him to confirm that the order was on hold, just so I could shop with peace of mind. I was told yes — the order is on hold. So, based on that assurance, I went ahead and spent time and money on a different machine. Then, today — out of nowhere — I received a message from the courier that my Lenovo order has been shipped. No warning, no confirmation, no update. Just a shipment notification. I immediately contacted Lenovo support again and was basically told there’s nothing they can do. The only option is to request a cancellation, and if that fails, I’ll have to pay a 20% restocking fee to return the product — a product I was assured wasn’t even moving! How is this acceptable? I trusted Lenovo's support, made financial decisions based on their response, and now I’m stuck with a product I didn’t want to confirm, facing fees for returning something I asked to be put on hold. That’s not just bad service — it’s completely unfair. This whole experience has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing. I expected better from a brand like Lenovo. It’s a shame.

Unverschämter Kundensupport

Ich habe einen Legion 5 Slim von Media Markt bestellt, also keine Probleme bzgl. Versand wie beim Direktkauf von Lenovo. Allerdings hatte ich große Probleme mit dem Support, als ich ihn an Lenovo für eine Reperatur schicken musste. Der Kundenservice ist teilweise sehr unverschämt. Vor dem Versand des Laptops habe ich Fotos gemacht, falls der Laptop während dem Transport beschädigt werden sollte. Als es zu einem Schaden kam (vermutlich durch den Transport) wurde mir unterstellt, ich hätte den Laptop fallen gelassen und so reingeschickt da die Verpackung unbeschädigt war. Mir wurde unterstellt, ich hätte mit Absicht die Fotos so gemacht, dass die Beschädigungen nicht zu sehen seien. Ich finde das absolut respektlos und frage mich wie man einen Kunden so behandeln kann?

Je mets 1 parce qu'il n'y a pas moins... Je passe commande sur le site de Lenovo pour l'achat d'un smartphone en cochant le paiement 4x sans frais Paypal. Résultat, j'ai été débité du montant total dès le début ! La seule proposition de Lenovo a été de leur retourner le produit pour un remboursement... c'est pas ça qui va combler le découvert à court terme ! Et je passe sur les multiples pages de Captcha (au moins 6 avant d'arriver à valider) et de pubs qui font qu'il est impossible de passer commande autrement que sur un PC. Bref, site pas sérieux.

Extremely Disappointed with Lenovo and UPS Delivery Experience I’m very disappointed with the recent delivery experience regarding my laptop purchase from Lenovo, which was scheduled to be delivered on July 18th via UPS. The product was not delivered on the promised date, and two days later, I was unexpectedly notified that I needed to collect the package from a UPS collection center—despite being home during the entire scheduled delivery window. This was both inconvenient and frustrating. After contacting Lenovo customer support, I was told that if I wanted the item sooner, I should collect it myself from the UPS location. However, when I visited the collection center, I was informed that the package had not yet arrived, and I was asked to return at a later time. This entire situation has been extremely frustrating. The lack of coordination and communication between Lenovo and UPS is unacceptable, especially when ordering directly from the manufacturer. It has left me questioning whether I will even receive the laptop in proper condition. I sincerely hope Lenovo addresses these logistical and customer service issues to prevent similar experiences for other customers in the future

No es verdad que recogen en tu casa el PC, te tienes que buscar la vida para enviarlo y estar mínimo 15 días sin el. Si es tu herramienta de trabajo pues te apañas. En mi caso el fallo es de carga, está en garantía pero no veo el momento de enviarlo. Muy arrepentido de la compra

2 weeks, not shipped yet

I ordered my laptop and docking station from Lenovo.com 2 weeks ago At first, the delivery tracking was merely for a container/pallet arrival, when it arrived, it was missing the docking station. Follow-up with Lenovo & they claim to have 2 weeks before shipping, which I find pathetic, but that the docking station will be a local shipment, not china - I find it ridiculous - I haven’t received further tracking yet, so will be 3plus weeks for local shipment delivery, if I do receive it Post script - after contacting there after sales, I just received further tracking - probably the docking station. It could have been sent 2 weeks ago

Issue after issue after issue

I've had a string of issues with Lenovo trying to get additional reward points ($400AUD) from a recent deal that was not honoured, their wrong advice registering products, and almost buying a Legion Go S but their discount code failed to work on their website. They're unhelpful, don't get back to me, they have never replied to an email, their phone line was not answered, their answer machine message was "mailbox full". They've been rude, don't listen, and don't seem to know much about what's going on. I really like the hardware but their poor customer service is enough to stop me recommending them and to shop elsewhere. These experiences are over a seven week period (it should've been solved in a day it's so simple), and I had to contact them 15 times - I kid you not. Buyer beware. I joined Trustpilot to write this review.

I purchased a Lenovo Ideapad 1i from Amazon - The laptop was advertised as original price of $1599 on sale for $419 - Thinking this was a good deal, I made the purchase - Little did I know the computer was a piece of junk - Even this morning when I used the computer, there were two Excel Spreadsheet pages up and neither would come into focus until I did a restart! This computer crashes when I use Excel almost every time - this is why I purchased the computer to start with - my old Lenovo did the same thing! Now, I am stuck with a laptop that is a piece of junk!
