I've been dealing with DJI Support since Feb 17 over a serious issue where my drone crashed after a sudden and abnormal battery drain (from 39% to 11% in under 3 minutes). Despite 50+ email exchanges, DJI continues to avoid responsibility. They refuse to provide any official battery performance report for real-world conditions, especially in wind—even though they use these as the reason for denial. When asked for test results or worst-case flight endurance, they admit no such data exists, yet still deny warranty. DJI advertises 34–39 mins of flight time, but those are lab-only numbers. No real-world disclosures. Their final reply says the decision "cannot be changed" without any proof. This has been a frustrating and time-wasting experience, with copy-paste responses and no escalation path.
