Just to let you know: the DJI Action 5 Pro is NOT truly waterproof as advertised. I bought mine in Brazil through a reseller, I used 1 time it under the claimed limits (under 20 m, no drops, no misuse). Still, it got water damage because of a factory sealing defect ,confirmed by the official DJI service. Now It's charging me 261 Euros for the repare it! Even with warranty!!!! It's UNBELIEVABLE Be careful what you trust when they claim “waterproof” if you buy outside your region, you’re basically left alone when things go wrong. HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!
I like Dji! Is a good company,quality stuff but 1 thing i hate the most. I would like to buy gimbel for phone but I’m stopped because i have to use that Dji Mimo so i can use all the features of the gimbel.. In that app i can not film HDR with the phone, i don’t have control over the mic’s ,focus etc.. what is the point of forcing us to use that app if is that bad? You can improve it or let us to use whatever filming apps we want for our phones.So simple.
I recently purchased the DJI Power 1000 Solar Panel & Car Power Combo items list includes the below items as listed on there website (Additionally includes one 120W Solar Panel, one Car Power Outlet to SDC Power Cable (12V/24V), one DJI Power Solar Panel Adapter Module (MPPT) and one DJI Power 1000 Protective Storage Bag to recharge the DjI Power series via car charger or solar power.) After purchasing I received an email of the items purchased and included in the deal for £799 and noticed that the one DJI Power Solar Panel Adapter Module (MPPT) was not listed on the break down after speaking with customer service they informed me that even though it is listed as INCLUDED on there website as part of the deal this item apparently is not included and expect me to purchase this in addition you can not sell a customer a item and change what items are included after purchase !!!! Please avoid being scammed with this currant deal if I do not receive the listen item as stated on there website as park of the deal I will be sending all items back and buying a eco flow power station instead

Nightmare Experience – Delayed, Faulty, and Missed Work Ordered my DJI Osmo Pocket 3 with next-day delivery — it took over 2 weeks to arrive. When it finally came, the camera didn’t work and had to be sent back for repair. I was told a replacement would arrive yesterday but the courier (DPD) never showed up. I urgently needed it for a VIP event and have now lost paid work because of all these delays. DJI told me they can’t do anything and that it’s stuck at a depot. Absolutely no accountability, and the experience has been extremely stressful and disappointing for a working creative. Due to the repeated failures in my service and the delay caused by both DJI and their chosen courier, I expect compensation or a resolution that acknowledges the financial impact this has caused. As I brought this in the uk I’m protected under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Productos estupendos, con soporte y de gran calidad. Destaco principalmente el servicio postventa: tuve un accidente con mi dron DJI sin garantía ni seguro y me ofrecieron un reemplazo completamente nuevo a un precio muy competitivo. Todos los agentes, chat y servicio de entrega excelentes (desde el accidente a recibir el nuevo dispositivo pasaron solo 3 días). Mis felicitaciones al servicio de atención al cliente.

Leeres Paket nach Reparatur bekommen. Nach einem Schaden habe ich die Drohne zur Reparatur in das DJI Servicecenter geschickt. Der Vorgang wurde sehr schnell abgewickelt und nach der Bezahlung wurde das Paket sehr schnell zurückgeschickt. Leider war aber keine Drohne mehr im Paket. Wer die Drohe gestohlen hat ist reine Spekulation. Das Paket war nur einseitig verklebt und die Dokumentation seitens DJI lückenhaft. Seit drei Wochen werde ich nur vertröstet. Anscheinend ist DJI hier nicht an einer Lösungsfindung interessiert. Meine Empfehlung: DIE DEFEKTE DROHNE AUF KEINEN FALL ZUR REPARATUR PER UPS NACH UNGARN ZU DER FIRMA IVYTECH SENDEN!!!!

Mooie producten, maar 3 maanden verder, geen camera en bijna 700€ armer... Op 18 april heb ik de Osmo pocket 3 creator combo besteld. Ik heb een keer store credit gekregen omdat ze hem pas na 2 weken zouden kunnen leveren. Prima. Helaas ben ik sindsdien bijna 700 euro armer en heb ik nog steeds mijn product niet. DHL heeft mijn handtekening vervalst en weet ik het wat met mijn pakket gedaan. DJI start een onderzoek maar daar hoor ik inmiddels niks meer van (laatste reactie DJI: 14 juni). We gaan nu maand 3 in van geen camera en geen geld. Waardeloos dat je als bedrijf je klant zo laat zitten. De producten zijn prima, maar haal ze alsjeblieft gewoon in een winkel en bestel ze niet online.

I’m incredibly satisfied with DJI’s service. I purchased a DJI Mini 4K, and it flew beautifully. I also added DJI Care to my purchase. After many successful flights, the drone had a hard landing and stopped responding. Fortunately, DJI's service was absolutely top-notch. They shipped me a replacement drone within just one day—before I had even sent the damaged one back. And it didn’t cost me anything extra. Today, DJI even called me to ask if I was happy with the new device. In my opinion, this is the best customer service in the world. Truly premium!

I recently crashed my Mini 4K into a tree which cracked open the body and ripped one of the arms clean off. I logged a case on DJI Care Refresh, paid my £27 excess and two days later I had a brand new replacement with no questions asked. I honestly can’t fault them, a fantastic customer experience and I was back out flying before I knew it.

Je suis possesseur d'un mavic mini 1ere génération dont la nacelle s'est bloquée (4 ans d'utilisation). J'ai dû faire appel au sav de dji et un bon de livraison m'a été envoyé par mail. Direction SAV et au bout de 4 jours j'ai reçu un devis de réparation 25€ de pièces et 70€ de frais de port. Accepté dans la foulée et quelques jours plus tard retour d'un drone NEUF ou tout comme. BREF je recommande
