I've been using DJI drones since 2015 and have had issues with the drones and DJI customer services ever since. Bad customer service when reporting faults with my drones, denial of faults with the Inspire series. Telling the multiple issues with the Mavic 3 pro were built in as part of the design, including gimbal issues, altitude gaining when flying straight. There's so much to unravel here. The latest one that caused me to write this review was the misinformation purchasing the M4Pro. The drone was supposed to arrive within 3 days. 10 days later it's still not here and I am leaving the location it should have been sent too. Customer service also say they can't guarantee the delivery date, despite the website stating an arrival date of 3 days!
