DJI doesn’t care about their customers!

Despite the fact that im a customer who has multiple DJI products and never had a bad experience until now showed me that these companies don’t care how long you’re a customer. I ordered a drone for my work which i later returned in another city. I was in that city at that point so it was the best option at that moment. Now DJI doesn’t want to refund me because my drop off location is to far from my home? This is clearly a violation and i will use a lawyer if needed. They have said so many things they didn’t do and it is actually ridiculous. - I submitted a return request and received approval. - I returned the product using the provided shipping label. - The package was delivered to your designated return facility. - The product was in its original condition and returned within the eligible time frame. - UPS has concluded its investigation and confirmed proof of delivery. - Your logistics team previously stated the item would be shipped back to me, which has not happened. - I requested photos of the alleged "damaged aircraft" and have yet to receive any. They even tried to put a lie out that the aircraft was damaged and this the reason was my return was declined AFTER ups confirmed my return. This just felt like they are trying to rob me from my money so this is definitely the last time im ordering from DJI even though i was a loyal customer. Edit 1: My number is CAS-22063987-G9Z8S2. I already sent out multiple emails to April and she told me the logistics was working on an investigation even though there is nothing else to investigate. None of these emails has been answered and this is starting to look like DJI is just searching for a way so they won’t have to give me back my money. There is no reason for DJI to withhold my refund. My order number is 0310632816495. Edit 2: Till this day the problem still isn’t resolved. The customer service keeps telling me about their logistics and how they are waiting for answers. Meanwhile there is only 1 answer and that is for me to get my money back because there has been no violations made on my end. I followed every instruction and did everything on time. Ive been fighting this for months now and it is getting ridiculous now!
