The process from start to finish was easy and being able to upload all the details was brilliant as I didn't need time off work. They kept me informed every step of the way and if i didnt understand something they were at the other end of the phone to explain everything. I would definitely recommend them.

Bbhlwegal delivered a successful outcome for my family and I, which we are happy with. The downside to the whole process was the time scale, but this was down to having a third party. It could be that an initial discussion with clients who find themselves with an equity loan linked to their property; to explain to them that the time scale could be lengthy. We started this process early March and we are now in June. I do, however leave on a positive note, your staff are very professional and friendly.

Where do I start!! I used them to BBH Legal to complete a remortgage. It’s a struggle to get them on the telephone, poor communication, lack of updates and I had to prompt them at every stage. Although they did credit me £120 it did not compensate for the poor service received.
