NOPE! NOPE! NOPE! NOPE! ZORO DROPS THE BALL AGAIN ON CUSTOMER SERVICE AND AVAILABLE INVENTORY. ORDERED A MAKITA GRINDER JULY 2ND. WAITED FOR SHIP STATUS UNTIL MONDAY THE 7TH. CALLED AT 2:00 PM PST AND ASKED TO CANCEL ITEM HAD NOT SHIPPED BUT WAS TOLD IT WAS TOO LATE TO CANCEL. TRACKED SHIPMENT THE 8TH BUT STILL WAS NOT SHIPPED. WENT ON THEIR SITE TO TRACK MESSAGE WAS We sincerely apologize that the below item(s) from your order (WB6847383837) did not ship as expected. We're working with our suppliers to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Dodgy

I waited 6 weeks for Zoro tu fulfill my order, getting periodic updates that the order was on track. The day the order was finally supposed to ship, I got an e-mail saying they could not get the part I ordered and they cancelled the order. Stay away!

Shipping time is unbelievably slow

Shipping time is unbelievably slow, snail mail speed. If you need it by Christmas I recommen ordering now ,in June to receive it. They say two days shipping, wrong.

AWFUL. TOOK 3 months to get a desk that was delivered in shambles and 200 busted pieces. Piece of crap company won’t answer phone or emails do not order

If I could take stars away I would

If I could take stars away I would! This company is absolutely horrible to deal with. My first time ordering from this company and most definitely will be my last! Ordered an umbrella stand 6/27/20. On July 11, I called to check on status and received an email back stating that product was damaged in transit then asked if I still wanted to order. What? Why does it take my phone call to tell me status and why wouldn't they send a replacement? So, I proceeded to order another all over again. This time I kept on them, calling a couple of times a week to check on status. On July 21 I was finally told the product was shipping on July 25 and it would take 3-5 days to receive from that date. You all know what happened...on July 29 I still had not received the product and no emails from Zoro. I called to check status and was informed that back on July 25 they had received an alert from the manufacturer that the product was on backorder and would not be available until SEPTEMBER 30!! No email, no phone call, nothing. The representative had no explanation. Did I mention this was an umbrella stand? Shipping to Minnesota? I will risk order from any other company. You have been amply warned from me as well as others. Buyer beware. If it's something you truly want, look to anyone else to assist you in your purchase.

I would give them zero stars if…

I would give them zero stars if possible. Same problem as other reviewers. Ordered a safe that was to be shipped in 5 business days. After nine business days days had lapsed, I called (waited 22 minutes for customer service) and was told the safe could not be shipped until October. I cancelled the order and was told my credit card would not be charged as it had not been shipped. I ordered the same safe from another vendor and received it the next day! Four days later, I get an e-mail that the item from Zoro had shipped and my credit card had been charged. Customer service agent now says that I can return the item and I will get a credit 7-10 days after the item gets back to the third party shipper. Obviously, I would not do business with Zoro again.

I had to cancel order because weeks went by and it didn't ship. Then they sent it weeks later and charged me! These guys suck!

Poor Customer Service

Placed an order on Zoro. Received email that it was being processed and I would be notified of shipment. After a month of no contact I logged in and saw the product out of stock (original estimated delivery was within 2 weeks of placing the order). So I opened a case asking to be contacted regarding the status and when the item would be in stock. Got an automated email saying I'd get a response in 48-72 hours. 2 Weeks later and no word. Auto response instructed how to update a case, but the instructions don't refer to items actually on the website. I sent another email to cancel the order. What a waste of time!

Another great purchase

Frustrating, awful customer service... prepare to sit on hold!

Hours of time wasted on hold. I ordered preschool tables on zoro.com. When they did not arrive when promised, I sent two emails inquiring about the status, none of which were answered. One was written 8 days ago. I am now on hold for ages, which is the ONLY way to cancel the order! I don't have the tables I need and I could have ordered elsewhere a month ago and have what I need for my business and not be sitting here on hold trying to get my money back.

Poor customer service

Poor customer service. Ordered a shelf for my Baker scaffolding for an upcoming job. They said it would ship in 8 days. It did not. It took 19 days to arrive. Did the job with out it. It took two phone calls and filling an online case report. They said they would send me and email on the item. Never received any emails. I will never buy again from Zoro. They lied on the PO that it would ship in 8 days, When I talked to them they said it was businesses days. That's not what's it says on the purchase order. Good prices but worst customer service I have ever experience!
