CALLED AT 2:00 PM PST AND ASKED TO CANCEL ITEM HAD NOT SHIPPED BUT WAS TOLD IT WAS TOO LATE TO CANCEL. TRACKED SHIPMENT THE 8TH BUT STILL WAS NOT SHIPPED. WENT ON THEIR SITE TO TRACK MESSAGE WAS We sincerely apologize that the below item(s) from your order (WB6847383837) did not ship as expected. We're working with our suppliers to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Dodgy

I waited 6 weeks for Zoro tu fulfill my order, getting periodic updates that the order was on track. The day the order was finally supposed to ship, I got an e-mail saying they could not get the part I ordered and they cancelled the order. Stay away!

Shipping time is unbelievably slow

Shipping time is unbelievably slow, snail mail speed. If you need it by Christmas I recommen ordering now ,in June to receive it. They say two days shipping, wrong.

Love this company

Love this company. Did not know about it until recently. Super fast shipping and great customer service. I took off a star because my order had an expired item but they were quick to replace it.

Much Better Price, MUCH Faster Delivery

I ordered a chainsaw the day that the tropical storm hit our house. Every online store said it would take 10+ days for delivery for the item I wanted. Zoro had a better price than all the rest, and their delivery date was somewhat sooner. The best part of the story is that the item showed up just a couple of days after I put in the order. Amazing!

my problem is that they use ups knowing…

my problem is that they use ups knowing you wont get orders on time.ordered a ladder took ten days to get here was severly damaged, ordered another been 10 days still not here. their customer service is good, but they admit their 3-5 day shipping is not realistic, because they use ups. so if you want order on time go some where else

Zoro is a scam

Zoro is a scam!! What kind of company won't do business with a customer who only has a credit card? My billing address and shipping address are the same! My credit card is valid through August of 2025, and my available balance is more than sufficient to cover my order. This is after they gave me a confirmation number for my order!!!!! "You need to pay us via wire transfer!" No, I need to take the $10k in business I was going to spend with you and give it to a company that understands how to conduct business. Issue me a confirmation number then renege on me. This reeks of a scam. Harvest all of my information including card information, then say oh we need you to wire us the money. Yeah I don't think so scammers!!!

Should be Zero

Should be Zero. Charge applied and pending for items still in cart. They even email asking did i forget to checkout. Initially did add the items and tried to enter promo. Never could get it to happen so logged out to try later. Next thing I know charge pending in PayPal but never any summary or info acknowledging the items purchased. Two days and 4 emails later no customer service response.

Avoid unless you have time to waste. (Solved though)

The brass fittings arrived loose in a box. Two items were missing. Two others had smashed the threads on each other, making them unusable. The Zoro customer service line is a constant hold listening to the same maddening pitches repeated over and over. Emails generate an automated reply, assigning a meaningless case number. 72 hours later, no follow up. Losing more time trying to source the pieces from somewhere else. Horrible. Update: I got through to someone and they helped me. 40 min wait though.

Amazing Customer Service & Fast Shipping

Ordered twice from zoro.com (once fulfilled by Zoro through Target, and 2nd via zoro.com directly). Both times they were quick to ship. Items were shipped the next day. On my 2nd order, I had issues with the items - not zoro.com's fault but UPS. I ordered 3 boxes aluminum landscape edging and they were shipped out all at once by zoro.com but UPS delivered one box on Friday, the 2nd box on Monday but the packaging was damaged so the stakes were missing and the 3rd box was lost. I first called zoro.com about the missing spikes and they were quick to contact the manufacturer who then quickly ship the stakes out since they did not have any in stock. I then called zoro.com for the 2nd time about the missing package and zoro.com quickly re-ordered it for me. Taylor was the person that answered my phone both times and was pleasant to deal with. I will not hesitate to use zoro.com again.

Umwelt und Verbraucher FEINDLICHE Verpackung. Schweinerei. Bestellt wurden 10 5'Liter Flaschen distilliertes Wasser. Habe ich schon von anderen Firmen bestellt und erhalten, ohne Probleme. Anders verlaufen bei Zoro. Sie verstauten, mit viel viel Plastik, zwei oder mal drei Flaschen in einem riesen Karton, der bis meine Schulter reichte. Zwei solche schafften es zu mir. Die Entsorgung war ein Alptraum. Der dritte Riese kam mit verspätung an da der Karton gerissen war, und zwei Flaschen sind teils ausgelaufen. DPD hat alles ordentlich wieder verschlossen and eingepackt. Der Verkäufer lud die Schuld bei irgendeinem Versand ab, wollte damit nichts zu tun haben, hat mir irgendwann 3.99 euro als Gutschrift geschickt. Die Entsorgung, die Stunden am Telefon um den Mangel zu erklären, die verlangte Papierarbeit nach einigen Tagen, die hätte ich gerne entlohnt bekommen.
