Frustrating, awful customer service... prepare to sit on hold!
Hours of time wasted on hold. I ordered preschool tables on zoro.com. When they did not arrive when promised, I sent two emails inquiring about the status, none of which were answered. One was written 8 days ago. I am now on hold for ages, which is the ONLY way to cancel the order! I don't have the tables I need and I could have ordered elsewhere a month ago and have what I need for my business and not be sitting here on hold trying to get my money back.
