CALLED AT 2:00 PM PST AND ASKED TO CANCEL ITEM HAD NOT SHIPPED BUT WAS TOLD IT WAS TOO LATE TO CANCEL. TRACKED SHIPMENT THE 8TH BUT STILL WAS NOT SHIPPED. Dodgy

I waited 6 weeks for Zoro tu fulfill my order, getting periodic updates that the order was on track. The day the order was finally supposed to ship, I got an e-mail saying they could not get the part I ordered and they cancelled the order. Stay away!

Shipping time is unbelievably slow

Shipping time is unbelievably slow, snail mail speed. If you need it by Christmas I recommen ordering now ,in June to receive it. They say two days shipping, wrong.

Feeling robbed

Quite simply the worst company I have ever dealt with. They failed to provide my ordered goods, took the money from me and then did not refund me despite numerous telephone calls. Six times they promised to phone back but never actually did. The story I was given changed most times, they were able to take my money instantly but unable to actually give it me back.

I ordered an umbrella base

I ordered an umbrella base on 6/19. Ten days later it had not shipped, so I called and requested the order to be cancelled. The representative promised to cancel the order the same day, or the day after. Two days to CANCEL an order? But they failed to do even this. I called again, and this time I was told that cancelling an order takes 4 to 6 business days!!!

I ordered a pool cover

I ordered a pool cover. Tried to cancel it before it shipped. I called 4 times. . . . on hold for 65 minutes and nothing. Emailed and you get one back that they will get back to you within 48 hours. Now 72 hours and I receive a email that they got it.

I ordered a pressure washer pump

I ordered a pressure washer pump and the picture and the part number is correct to my original. I placed the order on June 7th and Just got it today June 25th. The part is not what was advertised. I can get this part at homedepo.com for $30.00 less and get it delivered les s then seven days. They charged my card but didn't respond to me when I will get my part. I have to call and stay on hold for 25 minutes to get to ask question. very poor on very thing. never buy from this place again

Good luck getting through to this company

Good luck getting through to this co. if you have a problem. Will be on hold for an hour - and you have to listen to the same recordings of the customer serv. reps. over and over again. Also, if you email them, they claim they will get back to you within 48-72 hours. NOT!

Web Site Stock Issues

Ordered Pheno-D Disinfectant fogger and product was claimed in stock on 6/15 with a 3-5 day shipping, today on 6/24 it is now not in stock. Order never shipped. Zoro never reached out to me, I had to contact them. And the only reason I ordered from them was because it was in stock and price. NOW EVERYONE IS OUT OF STOCK UNTIL AUG 2020. This company sucks. Thanks Zoro.

The waiting for a customer service…

The waiting for a customer service agent is extremely long. As of now I have been waiting for 60 minutes. I do find them helpful once I get a hold of them. Covid is no excuse for such long wait times. Add more agents

Thieves and Liars

They have had my money for a month. After asking for a status, weeks later Zoro states that they no longer have the product I ordered and that my order was not acknowledged because PayPal made a communication error. They say they will give a refund, but have not, because ...? Thieves and liars. This is straight fraud. They belong in prison.
