Poor Customer Service
Placed an order on Zoro. Received email that it was being processed and I would be notified of shipment. After a month of no contact I logged in and saw the product out of stock (original estimated delivery was within 2 weeks of placing the order). So I opened a case asking to be contacted regarding the status and when the item would be in stock. Got an automated email saying I'd get a response in 48-72 hours. 2 Weeks later and no word. Auto response instructed how to update a case, but the instructions don't refer to items actually on the website. I sent another email to cancel the order. What a waste of time!
