If I could take stars away I would! This company is absolutely horrible to deal with. My first time ordering from this company and most definitely will be my last! Ordered an umbrella stand 6/27/20. On July 11, I called to check on status and received an email back stating that product was damaged in transit then asked if I still wanted to order. What? Why does it take my phone call to tell me status and why wouldn't they send a replacement? So, I proceeded to order another all over again. This time I kept on them, calling a couple of times a week to check on status. On July 21 I was finally told the product was shipping on July 25 and it would take 3-5 days to receive from that date. You all know what happened...on July 29 I still had not received the product and no emails from Zoro. I called to check status and was informed that back on July 25 they had received an alert from the manufacturer that the product was on backorder and would not be available until SEPTEMBER 30!! No email, no phone call, nothing. The representative had no explanation. Did I mention this was an umbrella stand? Shipping to Minnesota? I will risk order from any other company. You have been amply warned from me as well as others. Buyer beware. If it's something you truly want, look to anyone else to assist you in your purchase.
