CALLED AT 2:00 PM PST AND ASKED TO CANCEL ITEM HAD NOT SHIPPED BUT WAS TOLD IT WAS TOO LATE TO CANCEL. TRACKED SHIPMENT THE 8TH BUT STILL WAS NOT SHIPPED. Dodgy

I waited 6 weeks for Zoro tu fulfill my order, getting periodic updates that the order was on track. The day the order was finally supposed to ship, I got an e-mail saying they could not get the part I ordered and they cancelled the order. Stay away!

Shipping time is unbelievably slow

Shipping time is unbelievably slow, snail mail speed. If you need it by Christmas I recommen ordering now ,in June to receive it. They say two days shipping, wrong.

Blaming U.P.S.!

Only place I could find a specific part online that we needed for a repair. Called and explained we needed it Friday before Noon so the 3 oz. Valve was $45.00 to ship two day A.M. guaranteed. (NOTE This was Wed July 3rd Thursday being a Holiday). Assured that if we chose two day shipping we would receive Friday 10:30AM. Went online purchased product shipped two day AM with Guaranteed Friday July 5 by 10:30. On Truck for Delivery UPS doesn't deliver till afternoon. We had Maintenance guy on extra hours to make installation finally sent him home - Coming in Saturday to do repair more costs to us. Contacted Zoro and they told me that since (Thursday was Holiday).. we were lucky to get it Friday that it was guaranteed Monday COMPLETE B.S. and not what I was told by their personal They refused to refund $45.00 shipping costs A JOKE by the way. Very Disappointed.

I ordered a replacement Broan motor but…

I ordered a replacement Broan motor but the part is the wrong part I needed, called Zoro was told my replacement motor been discontinue, they told me to keep the motor and issued me a refund plus shipping! What company does that? So happy with Zoro that I will buy all my parts from them from now on.

I ordered 4 bicycles and received 4…

I ordered 4 bicycles and received 4 document folders. They are ridiculous when they can’t even tell the difference between bikes and folders. NOW I am out 4 bikes and stuck with lousy folders. They will refund my money though (allegedly) in 7-10 business days. That does nothing for me when I now have to wait on my money back in order to get 4 more bikes. 😑

Miss advertising at its Finest!!

I purchased a case of Zep stainless steel cleaner labeled as 12x 20 oz cans. When they arrived the box said 12 x 14oz cans. After talking to the rep he said it was a 20 oz can with 14oz of product. Miss leading advertising to make you think you are getting more for for your money. An HONEST site would have labeled them 14 oz cans as every other site. Lesson learned and I will not be ordering from Zoro again.

Returning faulty tools

I've contacted them about returning some faulty tools i bought a few months back and they tell me to contact the manufacturer which i did.the manufacturer tells me to return it to the retailer. Zorro tells me they dont accept returns after 30 days..iv asked to speak to a manager and been promised he will call me.no sign of that yet.Β£140 out of pocket and no help watsoever. Buch of Muppets.

Zoro A Fictional Character / A Real Company

This is yet another company that has exceeded any and all expectations. Ordered a sump pump last year and received first time purchase discount. Shipping was very fast / 2 days. Last week ordered 8 pr of gloves on Sat. night and received on Tues. Huge selection of gloves and the best quality I've found. Big Jake Brand. 20% discount and free shipping and free return shipping. This is the perfect business model to retain new customers. In this competitive online environment one has to excel to survive. They have gained a loyal customer and I wish them even greater success.
