NOPE! NOPE! NOPE! NOPE! ZORO DROPS THE BALL AGAIN ON CUSTOMER SERVICE AND AVAILABLE INVENTORY. ORDERED A MAKITA GRINDER JULY 2ND. WAITED FOR SHIP STATUS UNTIL MONDAY THE 7TH. CALLED AT 2:00 PM PST AND ASKED TO CANCEL ITEM HAD NOT SHIPPED BUT WAS TOLD IT WAS TOO LATE TO CANCEL. TRACKED SHIPMENT THE 8TH BUT STILL WAS NOT SHIPPED. WENT ON THEIR SITE TO TRACK MESSAGE WAS We sincerely apologize that the below item(s) from your order (WB6847383837) did not ship as expected. We're working with our suppliers to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Dodgy

I waited 6 weeks for Zoro tu fulfill my order, getting periodic updates that the order was on track. The day the order was finally supposed to ship, I got an e-mail saying they could not get the part I ordered and they cancelled the order. Stay away!

Shipping time is unbelievably slow

Shipping time is unbelievably slow, snail mail speed. If you need it by Christmas I recommen ordering now ,in June to receive it. They say two days shipping, wrong.

good service

I ordered a 10X loupe and it was never delivered. After a few emails with Zoro, they sent a replacement loupe that arrived the next day. VERY satisfied!

Do NOT buy from Zoro

This was the worst experience with an online retailer I ever had. I found what I was looking on their website. And it was IN stock when I ordered it. Then suddenly, it is out of stock with no indication when it would be back in stock. Since the account I created refused to work properly, I contacted customer service via email/messenger. They were prompt & courteous, even helped me with my account issue. I also learned the table I ordered would be shipped within 30 days from China, given it was out of stock in the USA. I patiently wait the 30 days and heard nothing. I waited a couple more days and then contacted customer service. Did not hear anything back from them. A couple days later, I followed up with a "knock, knock, anyone home to answer my question"...No response again. A week went by with no response. I think it was almost two weeks before they finally responded with, "Let me check our manufacturer on shipping time".... I followed up by requesting a cancellation. Suddenly, I received a shipping notice and where it was being shipped from. It came from Georgia. I believe this table was in stock all the time and they were waiting to see how long it would take for me to get POed with them. Had I not heard anything from them, my plan was to open a dispute with Pay Pal. I do NOT recommend this company.

Time to move on

I have done several thousands of dollars with Zoro but here in the last 5 to 6 months it has NOT been good. 1st off can't place order on sight any longer it hangs up. 2nd you have to call in and be on hold for 20 to 48 min. 3rd I get someone on the phone and they are working from home trying to tend to their child. 4th I get double orders and have to send one back for credit. I'm not talking 5 or 10 items either. 5th I have sent numerous e-mails in about complaints but it doesn't help. 6th I had a SUPER great relationship with them the 1st year and a half but it has gone down hill. I'm not happy about leaving them but it's time to find another company that believes in Customer satisfaction.

Perfection

I ordered a 20' fiberglass ladder on Sunday (Monday business day) and already received it on Tuesday! I was a little worried because I didn't look at the reviews until after I'd already placed the order. Also the website kept showing "no recent orders" and the shipper whom I was not familiar with, the tracking number provided kept saying "not found". But all was well; I am beyond pleased with Zoro and will definitely give them my business again!

Bought a Razor Back shovel that I used…

Bought a Razor Back shovel that I used to dig some shrubs up. After few hours one pad came off, and another one came off 4-5 hrs in. Great sharp shovel, like the handle, the pads seem sturdy but fall apart or off in a short amount of time. They come in a large box with super thin paper, so it moves in the box. 2nd one sent the same way, 2 shovels in and one popped off! Called to say I want My money back, but like the shovel, pads are destroyed fined wrong. They said will refund you and keep the shovel. Good customer service. Hopefully they’ll fix the issue. If pads stayed on this would be 5 stars..

The worst customer service; order elsewhere!!

The worst customer service. Placed order, 5 days later they told me the order had to be replaced due to a data glitch on their side. I placed another order. % days late I get an email saying the order had been cancelled with no explanation. Tried to call and was on hold for 20 minutes then disconnected. So now I have waited over 2 weeks for my item and wasted another 30 minutes on hold. Placed the order elsewhere as clearly the customer service is terrible.

Great experience! Great product! Great shipping!

I had never heard of zoro before, but needed some hard to find plumbing parts for an old shower at my cabin. Found them on zoro.com before reading any reviews. We ordered them Friday night, got an email acknowledgement, and they arrived at my house Wednesday morning. I am so glad I didn't read the poor reviews before I ordered, as I would have missed out great products at a great price! Will definitely shop here again!!!

I've only ever had good experiences…

I've only ever had good experiences with Zoro.com I believe a lot of their customers misunderstand and believe they have a warehouse full of product. In actuality, a lot of times, product ships directly from the manufacturer. Their lead times (especially with covid slowing things down) can be lengthy. I've experieced this with a simple desk chair I ordered through Zoro via their ebay store. A month after I ordered it, I sent them an inquiry about possible shipping dates and they immediately issued a refund and sent an apology email. I'm sure that, even now, their customer service department is overwhelmed (as are most businesses) with such inquiries. A recent experience (among many) is that I ordered some 5/8 ACR copper tubing on Tuesday evening near midnight and it arrived Thursday (a day ahead of schedule) and their price was the absolute best (beating local suppliers). They get 6 out of 5 stars in my book!

What customer service? Would rate lower if I could.

Had an 18 minute wait to hear my product purchased on the 7th would not ship until the 21st. When I mentioned the wait on the phone, of course it was high volume because of the pandemic. We are 6 months in and 30 million out of work, seems like someone would want a job. Also hated their hold music and announcements. They have 7 different announcements all are different people while you are waiting for an actual human. Fakes you in to wanting to pick up the phone every 20 seconds. Wish I would have checked them out a little better. Saw something that indicated they were affiliated with Grainger and thought they would be safe. Sure hope my product shows up. My product did show up in reasonably good shape.
