Do NOT buy from Zoro

This was the worst experience with an online retailer I ever had. I found what I was looking on their website. And it was IN stock when I ordered it. Then suddenly, it is out of stock with no indication when it would be back in stock. Since the account I created refused to work properly, I contacted customer service via email/messenger. They were prompt & courteous, even helped me with my account issue. I also learned the table I ordered would be shipped within 30 days from China, given it was out of stock in the USA. I patiently wait the 30 days and heard nothing. I waited a couple more days and then contacted customer service. Did not hear anything back from them. A couple days later, I followed up with a "knock, knock, anyone home to answer my question"...No response again. A week went by with no response. I think it was almost two weeks before they finally responded with, "Let me check our manufacturer on shipping time".... I followed up by requesting a cancellation. Suddenly, I received a shipping notice and where it was being shipped from. It came from Georgia. I believe this table was in stock all the time and they were waiting to see how long it would take for me to get POed with them. Had I not heard anything from them, my plan was to open a dispute with Pay Pal. I do NOT recommend this company.
