Time to move on
I have done several thousands of dollars with Zoro but here in the last 5 to 6 months it has NOT been good. 1st off can't place order on sight any longer it hangs up. 2nd you have to call in and be on hold for 20 to 48 min. 3rd I get someone on the phone and they are working from home trying to tend to their child. 4th I get double orders and have to send one back for credit. I'm not talking 5 or 10 items either. 5th I have sent numerous e-mails in about complaints but it doesn't help. 6th I had a SUPER great relationship with them the 1st year and a half but it has gone down hill. I'm not happy about leaving them but it's time to find another company that believes in Customer satisfaction.
