NOPE! NOPE! NOPE! NOPE! ZORO DROPS THE BALL AGAIN ON CUSTOMER SERVICE AND AVAILABLE INVENTORY. ORDERED A MAKITA GRINDER JULY 2ND. WAITED FOR SHIP STATUS UNTIL MONDAY THE 7TH. CALLED AT 2:00 PM PST AND ASKED TO CANCEL ITEM HAD NOT SHIPPED BUT WAS TOLD IT WAS TOO LATE TO CANCEL. TRACKED SHIPMENT THE 8TH BUT STILL WAS NOT SHIPPED. Dodgy

I waited 6 weeks for Zoro tu fulfill my order, getting periodic updates that the order was on track. The day the order was finally supposed to ship, I got an e-mail saying they could not get the part I ordered and they cancelled the order. Stay away!

Shipping time is unbelievably slow

Shipping time is unbelievably slow, snail mail speed. If you need it by Christmas I recommen ordering now ,in June to receive it. They say two days shipping, wrong.

worst customer support.

Zoro customer support.. worst ever. I ordered a safe and it came in damages. I emailed zoro sent photos and no one have responded. its been over 7 days.

NEVER AGAIN.....

The website listed two identical products with the same manufacturer number. One listing was $59 for a single unit and the other listing was $95 for two units. Seemed simple enough. Thought I could save a couple bucks in the long run if I bought a 2-pack instead of just buying a single pack. Only received one item out of the two-pack when my order arrived. Called customer service and was on hold for 45 min before getting a representative. I figured i could tell him what happened and he would have them send me the second item in the pack since I had already paid for it and +$200 of other tools which qualified me for free shipping. His response was to tell me that he could either credit me $20 and I could keep the single unit I received or cancel the transaction and have me pay to mail the product back. I have never experienced truly poor customer service until I ordered from this company. This is blatant false advertising and illegal business acts. Many of their products are listed in bundles and this just goes to show you that if something is left out then they will not honor your purchase.

Fraudulent promos

Fraudulent promos, they purport to offer a 10% discount on your first purchase. I have registered 3 times with 2 different email addresses, confirmed by email address in each cases, and none of the 3 promo codes that they sent me is accepted. Now I will probably be spammed on 2 email addresses. :( If they can't deliver what they offer on your home page, they are not worth doing business with.

Do not use Zoro

Hi everyone. I ordered a table 6 weeks ago. They happily took my money and I never heard anything over email confirmation or phone about the prolonged status on the order. When ordering, the website said (to be shipped in 11 days). Massively misleading and false marketing. When I dag deeper with their customer service team they hadn't even had the purchase order approved from the supplier. Very cheeky. Wait times are typically 1 hour +. Customer service reps don't call you back when you inquire about specific issues. I just spoke to them again, after wasting another 45 minutes on hold, to be told it will be an additional 5 weeks and the order still hadn't been shipped. The total timeframe from order to estimated delivery is 3 months. They suggested shipment in 11 days. I strongly suggest you do not use Zoro. Terrible service and experience. Chris Gilbert

Awful experience from start to finish

Awful experience from start to finish. Description on the website was misleading to the quantities involved, which led to myself ordering incorrectly. I contacted them, gave them the feedback based on my experience and ordered the remaining. The remainder of my order arrived, it was short of the total I required. Tried to contact them on 2 separate occasions and got no response. Shocking service, with long delivery times to match!

ordered a 14 foot ladder and then read reviews and was ready to cancel, too good to be true. 48 hours later my ladder shipped and the following day i had it. saved money and had a great experience. will definitely use them again.

I ordered a Dayton Table saw from them…

I ordered a Dayton Table saw from them on a Wednesday the following Monday sent a message that it being packed for shipment. That Friday 9 days after I purchased the saw it was waiting to be picked up. On Monday I was told it was on its way on FEDEX and I tracked it all the way across the US from Washington St to Washington DC where it arrived on and that Monday It was out for delivery The driver said it would probably be here the next day but no saw. So I called the number and the guy said it was delivered on Monday..when I said NO IT WAS NOT I was home..simply said the same thing again and hung up. I called fedex no help. In the end it was never shipped because the saw "get this" would not even be available until 12/2020.

The website stated "In stock. Item ships from Zoro in 1 business day." This was the basis for my decision to purchase this part from Zoro. I received no communication regarding a shipping delay of 8 days. I will not receive this part until almost 2 weeks after ordering. Furthermore, attempting to call customer service was futile.
