Ditto...wish I could get my money back...

I'm done, cancelling my membership(been with yall for 4 years) and going with other sources for juice. Been over 2 months and haven't gotten my box, reached out to customer service and got no response. Avoid these people, they WILL steal your money and never deliver. I will use elementvape and ejuice.deals from now on, screw you Zamplebox, you bunch of scammers. How are you gonna b**** about "aww regulation, oh shipping" Boo F***in' hoo, i order from .deals and get a liter and a half of juice with a total of around 100 bucks and get the order less than a week later. I buy from element and get it at the latest 1.5 weeks. Funny how the scary regulations arent affecting other companies this badly, huh? F*** you, zample.

They took my money and then will not respond it’s been a month and a half since my order was placed with no sight or response. They took money for my zample box TWO WEEKS later. NEITHER have been shipped and I cannot get ahold of them. THEY MOVED SO THEY SAY. WHAT I SCAM!!

I have been a loyal member for nearly 3 years and loved it. Now I am disappointed in the service. There is zero communication. They take your money right away and sit on the boxes till you finally get a hold of someone OR they finally decide to send it out weeks later and act like everything is okay. The chat system is never answered. Their text system is never answered. Clearly their email is not monitored or flat out ignored. This company went from great to completely terrible in less than 2 months under the claims of “adjusting to new regulations”. You are not adjusting. You are taking money and ignoring people. I hope I either get my box in the next couple days or my money back because this is garbage and I will be filing a dispute with my bank.

I have been getting zamplebox for over a year now and have never had any problems until the last couple of months. They sent out emails saying they will not send out any boxes until they figured out the mailing situation. Well after a couple of months they sent out new emails saying they were back up and running so I paid for Mays box. I got an email like normal saying they were shipping it out but I never got the box. I contacted them saying I didn't get it but said they couldn't do anything about it. So was out $50. I went ahead and got June's box and it has now been 3.5 weeks and nothing. I have tried the live chat and text several times over the weeks and no answer. I have tried the phone number to call and get ahold of someone and the number is no longer in service. I can't even get ahold of someone to get a refund. I am so disappointed and upset because it was such a good company and great customer service. But I am now out $100 and now 2 months without any product. I will definitely be cancelling my subscription. And if anyone knows how to get a refund from them please let me know!

Two weeks ago I placed my first order and it still hasn’t shipped. I’ve tried to contact them multiple ways and multiple times and they haven’t returned any of my messages emails or texts. Guess that’s $60 lost. I’ve learned my lesson. Please beware.

This was 5 or 6 stars for years but no contact after may... No box, no answer to phone calls chat or anything else.... Cancelled my subscription after years, 2014 or so i think... Still want my June/July boxes though.

All these 1 stars are on the money. They just disappeared. (After charging me and not shipping of course)

I used zamplebox for years but as the other reviewers have pointed out they haven't shipped out their June/July boxes despite charging us. On top of that all of their support channels are unresponsive. In my opinion they're taking as much money as they can before they declare bankruptcy and are potentially committing fraud. Either that or they're taking a very very long lunch break. I'm sad to see this because I really enjoyed this subscription service and would recommend it to my friends. It was convenient and a good bit cheaper than your local vape shop.

no contact from team, tried calling, emailing, online chat, they havent sent a single box 2 months into membership... is this a SCAM?

An absolutely horrible experience, I held back on writing my review till I could get in contact with support for trouble with an order but I have now attempted 3 different times with 3 different methods and no luck with them even acknowledging me. I made an order of individual E-liquids to try them out probably over 2 months now and boy do I regret that the order still hasn't even shipped, it is still showing as processing even though the payment went through the second I made the order, I have attempted numerous times to get in contact with someone with no luck and no one even bothering to get back to me. I attempted to go on the website and track my order and it shows on my personal information that my age is missing so that may be the problem, however, there's no way to add that information in on their website in any way. Summary: Save yourself a headache and don't even bother with Zamplebox. Terrible website and even worse service.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!! I haven't received June box or Heard anything from anyone either, as well as everyone else who's been left in the dark, they sure we're quick to take our money right away, but can't answer anyone or anything else. This place is a SCAM! I cancelled subscription & going to Report them to BBB also.

Update: I finally received my June Zamplebox on July 19th. Still waiting on an order I made with points from May. I'm happy to have my order, but this was a headache, one I don't wish to repeat. Maybe I'll check back in a few months, maybe not. Never received my June box or an order I made late in May. I understand they are going through changes, but this is ridiculous. I can't get customer service to contact me in anyway. I've called, texted, emailed, and tried the chat. All radio silence. Been with them for years, and obviously my business isn't a high priority, so I canceled and am looking for a way to get refunded.

I recieved about 2-3 boxes on time and was really enjoying my membership but its almost time for my june box and I still have not recieved my july box. And i cant get anyone to respond to tell me what's going on so I will be canceling my membership and try to get my money back.

Paid for a box in early may. No shipping info, no order number, nothing in two months. I’ve called. I’ve texted. I’ve emailed. I’ve used their chat. I’ve messaged them through Facebook. All without a response. Waste of money, AND they keep trying to charge me in the meantime $50 a month for a product I have yet to receive.

SCAM ARTISTS DELUXE! These people took my money and left town. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM. Repeated attempts to contact them have failed. They suck.

DO NOT SUBSCRIBE ESPECIALLY NOW!!!! This was my go to sub box for awhile now and they were amazing to me. BUT NOW!!!!! Just like multiple people they basically have been scamming everyone since May. I know that they had stuff to work out due to the new laws but not even having someone get in contact with you after reaching them on their platforms, email, phone and even their support chat. It is REDICULOUS. I was giving them the benefit of the doubt but after waiting 9ver a month for my box and no communication what so ever the past two weeks, yeah I need to talk to my bank. Trust me y'all it isn't worth it.

Do not sign up for the service. They'll charge you, never ship, and never respond to any inquiries! Stay far, far away from Zamplebox.
