DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

Zamplebox will take your money and give you nothing in return. Do not order from them! It’s been exactly two months since I put in my order on May 7th for 2 bottles of vape juice for a total of 240ml. Not a giant order. Which I am happy it was just a small order totaling 39.97. Over the past 60 days I have reached out probably a total of 10 times. I’ve tried live chat, I’ve tried emailing and I’ve tried calling and texting. They were answering me in the beginning assuring me they were working on it and giving me excuses. But they stopped answering me completely and the order has just disappeared from my account page. It was still processing last time I checked around 2 weeks ago. Check today and there is no history of it being sent out or processing. It just disappeared. I tried all 4 methods of contacting them and no response. At this point they are scamming me, and from all the recent reviews it appears they are scamming a lot of people. I contacted the FTC(federal trade commission) and filed a complaint and I reached out to my credit card company filing a dispute. I suggest you do the same. As well, I plan on leaving reviews and social media posts wherever my voice can be heard. They made their Twitter private already. It’s not the money, well it is, but that isn’t the only thing completely messed up about this. It’s the fact that they are doing it at such a big level. Completely scamming all these people. 60 days.

Fvck Zamplebox

Like everyone else on the recent reviews, my june box hasn't been shipped 4 weeks since paying for it. They are ignoring all of my attempts to reach out to them and I am cancelling my subscription and going to attempt a chargeback. This is stupid as hell.

Wouldn’t recommend unless they make it right with me and my wife!!!

Okay well first off I had nothing but good experiences and then it was problem after problem either I wouldn’t get the whole order or I wouldn’t even get the order last one was missing 4 bottles and a whole 12 pack box and I haven’t been refunded my money or anything so please just send me my order or something anything that my profile says I like! That’s another thing if I say I don’t like something then why did they put that in my box???? Like I said it was absolutely amazing at first but nowadays it’s problems after problems !!! Wish it wasn’t like this but I speak the truth and that’s it!

I ordered $90 (AUD) of vape juice from zamplebox on the 3rd of June it is now 5th of July and I haven’t even received shipping confirmation let alone a receipt! Customer service is a joke (doesn’t make it any easier that I’m in Australia and our time zones are the complete opposite)

Welp I gave them over 50$ of my hard…

Welp I gave them over 50$ of my hard earned money and these rats didn't answer anything about a request or update on my June box but will always ask me to renew (yeah right) I loved these guys back in 2019 but my lord they never message or call or anything from the support line. At least keep us up to date with the status of the business or at least our boxes. I understand about the covid and warehouse and labeling issues but I mean c'mon as someone who works in the food industry, even if our managers screw us over with understaffed work week, we still need to provide our guest with their request and needs. Such a shame I had to call my bank and force a refund from them. Also made a note for fraudulent company.

I have been with zamplebox over a year never had a problem I have not got my June box and July box is waiting to be shipped ya need to stop charging people if ya not gonna ship im a nurse I kno under staffed but at least let your loyal customs kno something I've called 8 times no response at all I would all give 5 stars but now I wish I could give a negative star

My June 2nd Zamplebox and my June 11th…

My June 2nd Zamplebox and my June 11th box still haven't shipped, it's now July 1st. I have called over 40 times over the past month, send 10 texts, email them 5 times, created 4 support tickets in the last 2 weeks, and still not a single word from them. Do not sign up. I have had them steal $80 from me and I'm now working with the back to claim it as fraudulent.

VERY pleased with my last box!

Normally, when I get my box, I might have up to three flavors that I love, and three that are...ok. This was the first box of 3 that I have gotten (I normally get 6) and I really liked all three juices! Iced and Fizzy and Cool Breeze are tied for first place. I had to mix peachy rings with a menthol nectarine lychee juice that I had to get it's IDEAL flavor

I had left a bad review before a couple…

I had left a bad review before a couple days ago but i finally heard back from them through the live chat and they are going through a lot of changes. I was assured my box is coming asap. They provided 20 percent off my next box. I have been a VERY happy Zbox customer u til this and am inclined to give them the benefit of the doubt considering all they are going through as a company. They DID reach out to let me know about these changes but it went to my promotions folder in my email so i didnt see it until today when i specifically searched for mail from them. So i think they dis their best to let everyone know about the possible delays. For now i will remail a loyal Zbox customer.

$REFUND$ +PLEASE READ+ +GET YOUR MONEY BACK WHILE YOU CAN++ UPDATE... 6/30. less than 24 hours after posting this review, I did receive my order. I feel slightly bad about the original post, but I do not feel comfortable resubscribing after dealing with this situation and reading up on their reliability of service in recent years. Use at your own risk and expense of stress. Original post 6/29...There may be a time limit to file a claim and you could be refunded (charge back) same day. I'm sure nearly all of you paid with a card, even if it was a debit card it is ran as credit when you make payment, meaning you are protected under FTC regulations. Simply contact (try by phone first) your card issuer (PNC, Capital One, etc...) If it has the little MasterCard or Visa logo on the front of ypur card, you are guaranteed to be protected, and if it for some reason doesn't still call whoever you do business with that issued the card to you. If we rack up enough refunds/complaints the banks/credit companies will use their lawyers against zamplebox. I've also came across a recent review that seems to give hope that zamplebox is still doing business. My gut tells me it may not be true. ALWAYS REMEMBER that not all reviews you read anywhere are from actual customers. Could very well be from someone that is hoping to grab another 30 days of our subscriptions before they hopefully forced to shut down. I was hoping for the best out of zamplebox, but it sounds like they are employing some shady business tactics to legally get the last drop of milk from the cow (customers) before its dead. And I'm sure they are being guided by their own lawyers with the intention to file bankruptcy soon. The emails and notifications about the trials and tribulations about the "growing pains" zamplebox is experiencing just doesn't add up for a national distributor that has been in business this long. If anyone wants to copy and paste this anywhere on the internet, please do. And anyone knows how to give this enough "traction" so that it comes up on google search for zamplebox, please do.

Haven't received our 1st boxz bout to get charged for another.....no

Well my fiance sent me this link to get my first zamplebox where we both get a kickass deal. Well I picked out my likes & dislikes an ordered my box on June 3 well her it is June 28 and all I've received is an email saying hey friend we got ur order, good choice. No confirmation email and definitely no tracking # email either... My fiance has had the same exact thing happen to him as well, oh and cuz I thought it was such a great deal I shared the email link to my father so he could get a great deal as well and now here we are still all 3 of us waiting on some kind of information about where our boxes are. I even tried to go to my account to see where I purchased it and I see where there about to charge my card for July's box in 5 days and I haven't even received the first one.... I love zamplebox I do they got the best flavors by far idk what's going on usually there great w commutation.....but I don't want to unsubscribe all 3 of our accounts so we don't get another charge without receiving anything for the first ones..... Someone please contact me

Shipping?? No communication from support

So, I started my subscription 2 weeks ago and I'm still waiting for it to ship. I also purchased some eJuice separately and it still says processing after 2 weeks. Any reviews stating "fast shipping" are definitely not real subscribers. Apparently, the last few months have caused zamplebox to fall apart. No communication from support either. If I had read these reviews prior to subscribing, I wouldn't have. Anyway, I've cancelled my subscription already and I haven't even received my first box. UPDATE: I finally received my box, but I only received 7 of the 12 bottles. What a ripoff.
