Zamplebox has always been great to me. Sometimes the boxes come a bit slow but for the most part, i like them.

Zamplebox went through some changes in the last two months (change of warehouse twice, customer service company, etc.). They screwed everyone over by not communicating with their customers. To make up for this, they emailed me a promo code for a free 3 bottle sample (shipping NOT INCLUDED). So I head to their website to see how much it would cost me to get my "free" box. I ENTER THE PROMO CODE AND GET AN ERROR MESSAGE STATING THE CODE HAS ALREADY BEEN REDEEMED TOO MANY TIMES! THIS COMPANY IS A JOKE! I'm done with you Zamplebox. You're crooks. Support your local vape shop instead, that's what I'll do.
Used to be good but absolutely terrible now. I was a loyal customer for a few months but I am over then using a change in the law as an excuse for terrible communication and orders taking months to arrive. You're fired.
I don't know if people should read any reviews from the last 2 months it doesn't rep the company June, July was 2 bad months because of the government vape juice mail issue and moving to a new place. So far they have been great, like some of the reviews I am missing a month but I'm sure that will be taken care of. Give them a shot, I don't order any specific juices so I can't attest to that but I love it for the random juices, helps me experience alot more flavors then I normally would.
To bad we can't go any lower than 1! This is f*cked up! I placed my order at the beginning of June, here it is near the middle of August and I still haven't received my order OR a response from them other than their emails trying to get me to buy more! I plan to find out where their location is and make them pay for taking my money and ignoring me! This is absolutely unacceptable!
Terrible company, ordered 4 ejuice, got 3 and only one of them was correct. Attempted to contact their customer service about 7 times and they didn't respond even once. Stay away, far away.

I hate this place!!! I just wanted one bottle of ejuice and I accidentally hit a very misleading question and all of a sudden I was charged for a membership of about 50$ can’t get ahold of anyone by phone or website. THIS PLACE IS A JOKE! “STAY AWAY!!!”
this site is a scam i order my first box in may and still never got it and just week ago i got a email saying that there gonna send my box and said it was already at my house but i never got it i have a door cam so i know that it didnt get stolen, i wish i seen the reviews on this site before i order an i bet within a few months a law suit is coming to them running a scam site what a joke im done trying to reach out to them no one is never on the other line of the phone an etc. so DONT TRUST THIS SITE
Yes I believe Zample Box should of made there customers more aware of the new company taking over. It would have not made so many customers so upset. But maybe after they caught up with all the subscriptions they could be nice enough to give all the loyal customers a free month or at least 50% off for all the confusion. As of right now I’m only behind the month of July and once I figured out what was going on and got ahold of somebody. They was really nice and assured me my subscription would be shipped out very soon and it was ! I still think regardless of the miss communication this is still the best vape subscription service offered. If I went to my local store which I should really do some time just for the local support but the price I pay for my subscription would only get me 1 bottle at my local shop unless they was having a sell and that would only be on house liquid not on premium. I still think they should get another chance this is the first problem I’ve had as a customer and I have a ton of juice so it really didn’t bother me that bad. Still my favorite vaping subscription service !⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
After being charged $182 in the past 3 months for three 12 count boxes, we have received a total of 19 bottles of vape juice. I have tried 5 times to contact them with no email response, no “live chat” response, no Facebook messenger response and a disconnected phone line. This is absolutely ridiculous that they would STEAL money from us. We have been loyal customers going on two years but will now be cancelling our subscription and filing complaints with our bank for fraud.
Company is a joke emailed me back said package would be shipped in two days that was five days ago. Then go on to offer me a discount for my next order, why would anyone want a discount when they haven’t even received the order they paid for in the first place I give this company zero starts

ZERO stars if I could! Placed an order on 7/31/21, my card was charged, but still no receipt, update on shipping, and certainly no product in hand. I've tried calling, text, support ticket, and live chat....NOT one reply yet. I tried ZampleBox several years ago, and regret trying them again...
I bought my first box a week and a half ago maybe two, I never got a reply for any of my emails asking for an update on my order. I contacted live chat and never could get a reply. I finally receive my box today and only got 2 bottles of e-juice when I ordered the three bottle deal. Live chat wont answer anything I send, I even sent a message to the “text us” feature and I still have not received a message on what happened to my order. Just disappointing.
SCAM! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE. THEY STEAL MONEY FROM YOU AND THERE CUSTOMER SERVICE DOESNT EXISTS. I ordered a monthly subscription of 6 bottles 6mgs a month and I put No menthol. I ordered this June 3nd 2021. They charged me right away never got my box, then July comes along, they charge me right away for another box and I still havnt even got June's...I tried twelve times to reach out to their customer service "live chat" and emailed them and called their number that is just a voicemail no one ever got back to me. Finally august 2nd I get my.june box and there's only 3 bottles in there when they charged me for 6 and two of them arnt even the right nicotine level so now I'm beyond upset because no one ever gets back to you on their, today I get my July box and there's 4 juices in it. They don't even have an option for 4 juices so that really shows that they don't give a crap about their customers. They stole from me, they charged me all together $82 I was supposed to get 12 juices I got 7 and 2 of then were methol and two of them weren't the milligrams I ordered so in reality I only got 3 okay juices. I want my money back or the 9 juices they owe me. PLEASE NO MATTER HOW COOL THE WEBSITE LOOKS DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SCAM VAPE WEBSITE. THEY STEAL AND HAVE LAWSUITS COMING THEIR WAY.
I ordered last week, order still processing. No response from anyone. Then, I get an email saying that ZampleBox is proud to say that they have completed all pending orders!! And guess what? Lies. My order is STILL processing.
I ordered some vape juice may 26th 2021 and have not recieved it. I have reached out multiple times to their customer service with litterally no response everytime via email or the chat, and you call and it always says its outside business hours or all reps are busy and to leave a voicemail. Now i log into my account over 2 months later and cant even see i have a pending order at all. They took my money and i recieved nothing, no tracking number that it was ever shipped, nothing. With no customer service to be seen what so ever, i have to straight call this a SCAM. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.
Totally insane. I’ve been trying to reach out to the company for over seven weeks regarding an order that I paid 57 dollars for and only got two tiny bottles of juice, though they claim to have sent me 6 bottles. I’m all done with them. Terrible customer service, I’ve left over twenty different messages in five different media. No response. I’m disgusted. At least in the past when they screwed up you got it fixed.
I’ve received 2 subscription boxes both containing 3 bottles a piece of 50mg salt nic. 1/6 vape juices I received was actually quality vape juice. The others tasted burnt or barley had a taste at all. Changed the coils and everything. Would not recommend!
