Absolutely zero customer service
Like so many, I'd give zero stars if possible. My order had been "Awaiting Fulfillment" for two weeks, so I contacted them through their chat on the website. Waited a few days and got nothing, so I sent another message. Waited more and nothing. So I emailed and waited. I called and left a voicemail twice. I had asked for a refund on the order after the first week of no response and asked to cancel my subscription after the 3rd week. They don't let you just cancel it, you have to contact them to cancel it, which is really annoying. It's been 4 weeks now, and the only response I got was that they canceled my subscription. Even though i asked for a refund in the same email, they didn't acknowledge that part at all. The order has now finally been shipped, a month after it was supposed to, but at this point, I find that even more frustrating because I don't want anything from this atrocious company.
