I finally got my first box after about…

I finally got my first box after about 30 days of initial order. I was over all pleased with two of my first 3. Not bad, as a beginner of the flavors I am surprised I even liked one. It giving me a chance to sample a few diferent ones to find my palate. Prices not bad either

PLEASE NEVER ORDER FROM ZAMPLEBOX

PLEASE NEVER ORDER FROM ZAMPLEBOX. I ordered a 6 bottle box on June 15th 2021 and i just received 2 bottles on the 23rd of July 2021. Those two bottles were not ones that were suppose to be in my box.

Zamplebox leaves their customers in the dark

Regardless of the mailing issue concerning vape-related products, the least they could do is have a newsletter on their site explaining ANYTHING to help everyone including themselves. Nothing with customer service on any level, then as soon as I disputed for my money back they did a 3-day shipping on my order after a month and a half wait. Save yourself the time, go to your local vape shop, most have a steady supply due to some grey-zones. Until Zamplebox gets its act together, I won't be resubscribing.

Great until you need anything service related

Was great when I was vaping regularly, but then I quit and canceled my membership in March. It's now July and I'm still getting billed and shipped these boxes every month, and I can't get ahold of anyone at the company to reverse this, so now I have to dispute every charge on my bill. They're basically sending me free vape juice at this point. Don't purchase from this company.

On May 25

On May 25, 2021 I purchased $71.50 for liquid. As of today 7/21/21 I didn't receive it. I called nobody answers, left 5 messages, wrote 3 emails:NOTHING Finally I called my credit card to reverse payment, and Zamplebox is looking into the issue. SHAME ON THEM, DO NOT BUY NOTHING WITH THIS PEOPLE

A complete scam. No email back for confirmation…

I purchased and made an order on June 9th. I’ve sent multiple emails .. tried calling and it’s a fake number so is the one you can text. No one has reached out what so ever , but they took my money. So yeah I thought the site was amazing with how many options there was but it’s A SCAMMM!! How sad.

This company needs to be investigated for fraud

Wow I wish would have read this first. Two weeks, no communication and then to find out none of their ways to communicate don't work. So I can't even ask for a refund. Someone needs to investigate this company NOW!!!

Horrible customer service

Put in an order on July 10th. Money taken July 10th. Not a single email about shipping or tracking. Phone number doesn't work, not does live chat. Asked for a refund. Not a single reply back yet.

They deserve 0 stars

They deserve 0 stars. I was extremely excited about getting this box. I never received any shipping details my card was charged $41 for the box. I have been trying to get a hold of someone for two weeks now with no success. I’ve tried calling emailing using their live chat and also texting the number that is on their website. This is very unprofessional and I will be calling the BBB to let them know what they are doing.

Like other recent reviews they have not been sending me boxes and am now have paid for two that havnt even shipped at all. going to try and cancel the charges with CC but am done with zamplebox now.

Been Having the same trouble that everyone else is having with having a June box that keeps saying getting ready to ship well it is July 19 after many attempts to contact them via phone via email via chat via text I left a voicemail that threatened with police investigation and today is July 19 I received my June box now I wonder how long it will take for the July box that I was charged for to arrive I canceled my membershipFor good reason this box I received two identical bottles of Vape juice what if I don’t like it then I’m stuck with the bottle that I don’t want oh well no skin off of their back I think they just threw in what was left over and threw it in the box because it wasn’t like the box was lost it’s a priority two day shipping on the box so they literally just shipped it two days ago. Horrible customer service save your money and spend it somewhere where you will actually receive product in a timely manner

Used to be great, now not so much

Been with them nearly 2 years now, and it was a great service up until recently. April's box came super late, they didn't charge me for May's box, but June's came late, and I haven't even received July's box yet. The chat window doesn't even work, and calling them just bumps you to a voicemail. What happened?

Avoid if you value your money!!!!!!!!!

Like every other recent review you see here I can only reiterate what's been said already from my personal experience. Taken my money, no goods delivered. Tried contacting them via email, online chat via their website, Facebook messenger, calling. Absolutely nothing. No response! Subscription has been cancelled and even if you do sort your *@#! out Zamplebox, I won't be returning as a customer. I have raised a charge back with my bank and are awaiting them recovering the funds for me and would advise everyone else to do the same. Any potential new customers - Keep your hard earned money and spend it with a company that appreciates its customers. Do not donate it to Zamplebox!

Long time subscriber upset over changes

I have been a subscriber for 5 years and never had any issues until now. In the past, customer service was always quick to respond and super helpful with damaged items or lost packages. After regulations went into place there was an email blast in May saying they were back and even coming out with new box options and that was the last thing they sent out. Now they have charged me for an item a month and a half ago that i have yet to receive. I have contacted them through chat, text, email, support form and phone multiple times with no response. Their phone systems just sounds like a VM message with a pause in the middle to make you THINK you’re waiting on someone to pick up. I unfortunately had to request a chargeback from my bank for my last box and put a hold on them from charging me again (it’s not even a recurring fee through my bank which means they manually process it every month) I’m really disappointed in the communication from the company since the new regulations. Other companies are still responding to customers and helping. They are stealing a lot of peoples money right now without a care in the world.

Made an order one month ago

Made an order one month ago, never received any confirmation of my order, but charged my credit card immediately. Have yet to here from them after numerous chats,texts,and emails. Called my credit card company,and they will dispute the charges. I will have credit from Amex within 4 weeks. I suggest everyone to do the same. Get your money back while you can.

Did they...go out of business without telling anyone?

Waited over a month for my first box to ship - nothing. Still "getting it ready." I've sent multiple chats and emails to them, no response. I understand the vape industry was hit hard by the new regulations, but DirectVapor has had no problems giving me updates and staying in contact with me while my items take longer to ship. Finally had to cancel before they charged me another $60 just to ghost me for another month.
